Now in a new location, owned by a mother-daughter team, Al Crostino is an intimate Italian restaurant located in Washington D.C. that exudes a ‘la famiglia’ atmosphere. This Neapolitan family offers a collection of fresh fish, flavorsome dishes, priding themselves on their house-made pasta and desserts.

"I wanted to like this place. Atmosphere is cozy. Server was great! Ordered the salmon but was disappointed in dish as it was a bit small and over cooked. Worse it had pig jaw meat which tasted like fat chunks. I don't like when chefs add meat to fish. You might say don't order it then. True but when chefs use names for parts of pig that the average person would not know and server doesn't mention it then that is a problem and why I cannot recommend this place in a city with lots of good restaurants. Other issue was how dark it was. You could not really see what was on plate very well."
