Live action bar and grill specializing in local, natural and organic dishes featuring Colorado’s best microbrews, wines and spirits. The grill is the showpiece of the open kitchen, capturing smoke infused flavors befitting the Colorado Mountains. The fresh produce and ingredients are hand-selected from Colorado farms and other natural purveyors in the country and arrive fresh daily. 8100 features a menu that changes according to seasonality and availability of only the freshest ingredients.
The bar menu offers small plates for sharing. Organic wines and offerings from local wineries are featured, along with a selection of Colorado microbrews. Enjoy outdoor dining and gathering areas around cozy firepits overlooking stunning vistas of the Rocky Mountains. Chef’s table, wine room and semi-private dining facilities available.

"We had the privilege of meeting Chef Christian at this lovely restaurant two years ago while attending a private function that he catered; he is amazingly talented! We are repeat, happy customers over the years and they offer an excellent variety of wonderful drinks, salads, homemade soups and specialty dishes. The lunch buffet, which we enjoy apres-ski, is the best deal…recently the barbecued ribs, chicken, salads, desserts exceeded our expectations. We ate at the outdoor mountainside patio seated on comfy sofas enjoying the beautiful view. Dinner time is family time no matter how late….parents and kids filter in even at 10:00 PM which can be a bit disruptive but we sat at a quieter table a few nights ago by the gas fireplace which was nice; the veal w. pasta entree and the halibut entree were very enjoyable. The service is superb with multiple servers accommodating your every need. The Park Hyatt is conveniently located in the center of the Village and this restaurant is definitely worth a try."

Zino Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant from the creators of Sweet Basil. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley, Zino is perfectly situated on the Eagle River in Edwards Colorado. Chef Nick Haley serves contemporary Italian cuisine from an open kitchen, best known for wood fired pizzas, house made pastas and our famous mussels. The large bar and lounge area offers casual dining overlooking the restaurant, and is always buzzing with locals and visitors alike. The wine list features the best of Italian and American wine, created with passion by Owner Giuseppe Bosco. In the warmer months, dinner is also served on our riverside patio, where you can join or watch a game of bocce on the regulation-size court. Come visit us for a taste of Italy in the Rocky Mountains...Buon Appetito!
"We've dined here for more than 20 years and it's always consistently excellent.
Mussels (reduced price on Tuesdays) are so delicious. You can walk in without a reservation for
bar seating or the hostess will take your name for a table nearby. Reservations for the main restaurant are recommended. The eggplant appetizer is amazing, arugula salad is my favorite, the striped sea bass special last night was beyond tasty. Don't hesitate to order dessert….the banana caramel gelato is to die for! You can't ask for a better menu variety, service, drink, food, ambience….5-star all the way!

Opening D’Angelo Pizza, Wine Bar and Tapas restaurant was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D'Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like the simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn't come that easy. Like all things that are simple, careful thought and research has gone into the menu and the guarded sources of our premium ingredients. In the end, D’Angelo is all about friends and a good bottle of wine enjoyed in a contemporary, easy dining atmosphere.
