Osteria La Madia is owned and conceptualized by chef and restaurateur, Jonathan Fox. Drawing inspiration from the rich tradition of Italian cuisine, Fox’s signature flavors utilize superior ingredients, from sustainably-raised meats to internationally-foraged herbs and spices.

Inspired-Italian fare takes center stage in Osteria La Madia’s warm and rustic, yet contemporary atmosphere. Offerings include wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pastas, fresh artisanal salads and more. Menu highlights include Fox’s Grandmother Bernice’s Chicken Ravioli with Brown Butter, Tagliatelle with Foie Gras Meatballs and delicately smoked Cacio e Pepe.

Osteria La Madia also presents a carefully curated global wine list featuring over 200 selections from Italy and beyond, as well as an extensive selection of artisanal craft beers, handcrafted bottled cocktails and Italian classics.

Located on the second floor, its soaring ceiling and
marvelous views of the city make Pavilion an elegant space to unwind and converse with a glowing fireplace and grand piano as a backdrop. Pavilion is home to an Afternoon with Wedgewood, a traditional tea service that first debuted at The Langham, London in 1865. An afternoon with Wedgewood includes proprietary Langham teas and an array of sweet and savory bites. All are served with traditional displays and flourish. Expect local talented pianists during weekend afternoon tea.

Following the hotel’s traditional tea service – The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood - Parlour at the Pavilion, will warm guests’ hearts from the inside out with an extravagant line-up of sundaes and floats designed to evoke the nostalgia of a favorite childhood treat.

Parlour at the Pavilion emulates a vintage-style ice cream parlor with a whimsical staff wearing retro-style uniforms serving select homemade ice creams.

At Bistronomic, enjoy modern French cuisine rooted in the Parisian culture that showcases ingredients from Midwestern farms. The restaurant, whose name is a combination of three words: bistro / gastronomy / economic, is Executive Chef/Owner Martial Noguier’s long-time dream come to fruition; to create a contemporary French bistro that is both approachable and affordable.

Bistronomic’s delicious menu items – composed from seasonal, local, and sustainable ingredients – include expertly prepared items like Martial's Mother's Homemade Country Pâté, Seared Diver Scallops, and the Filet Mignon au Poivre.

The fully stocked bar features imported spirits and an assortment of cocktails. Many of the French and Californian labels are available by the glass. A table for up to 14 is available on Friday and Saturday nights in a semi-private room.

Chicago magazine recently awarded Bistronomic with a 2.5 star review in 2014.
