Located in a Land-Marked old "Speakeasy" right off of Washington Square Park in the heart of Greenwich Village. Blue Hill restaurant opened at the end of April 2000. Blue Hill is dedicated to creating a new category of neighborhood restaurant that maintains the classic attributes of warmth and affordability, while delivering superior food and service.

"Sublime evening - the most wonderful food. Can't wait for Wasted to open now that Blue Hill is transitioning to its new restaurant! The chef is masterful! The bartender made me feel so welcome and the drinks were first-class! Thank you all!"

Located at the Mercer Hotel, Mercer Kitchen brings a chic, sophisticated vibe to the heart of SoHo. When Mercer Kitchen opened in 1998, it immediately became a destination for New Yorkers, celebrities, and tourists. Situated in the basement of a historic building constructed in the 1800s, the… restaurant was designed by Christian Liaigre as a combination of industrial and classic modernism. Chef Jean-Georges’ American menu features market-driven, seasonal ingredients prepared in a simple yet elegant style, with favorites like the Tuna Spring Roll, Steamed Shrimp Salad, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake. There is an open kitchen, where guests can sit back and watch the show.

"Mercer Kitchen's culinary delights and service are impeccable. Every time I have a business breakfast there, I'm happy! The staff never disappoint - they are always attentive! It's also a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. We had a party of eight and loved the evening menu! Lots of surprises that were delicious! Thank you all!"

Cipriani Downtown™ is located at West Broadway near Broome Street in New York City. The more casual version of Harry Cipriani, Downtown offers a slightly less formal menu than its uptown predecessor. Beautifully designed, the restaurant offers outdoor dining when the weather is agreeable, serving lunch and dinner in a party-like atmosphere.

Magical is a word thrown around a lot when discussing Tavern On The Green and one can’t help but feel magic in the air. Jim and David, architect Richard Lewis and landscape architect Robin Key, preserved the Victorian/ Gothic elegance of the semi-circular building; it is authentic, natural, elegant and sexy. It has been re-built to spectacular precision and the décor is of a grand farmhouse one might find on the property of an Italian Villa or a historic Hudson River Valley mansion.

"I was disappointed that all of the Tiffany glass was removed and while comfortable and luxurious, I was seeking uniqueness of food and character which I found lacking. Plus I ordered free-range chicken and learned they had no chicken available. That was pretty shocking in NYC for a 7:30 pm dinner on a Monday night. I'll only return to sit outside for brunch on the patio late Spring."
