"We ate early that night, so it was quiet. The food was ok, but concern.not outstanding. The assistant general manager, Aaron was a real professional when we spoke to him regarding a concern."

Praised by foodies and visitors as Sarasota’s best, the chef had a Michelin Star for his Paris restaurant, made semifinalists James Beard Foundation for Best Chef (South) in 2010, a Longboat Key leading Zagat food rating of 27 and #1 " French cuisine" in the area with 96% of positive survey . The room is designed by award winning architect, Franck Hammoutene, a striking contemporary white minimalism accented by gray leather seating. The wine list has an award of excellence and the dining room and staff is overseen by wife Victoria who, with impeccable grace and care, attends to every detail, matching her husband’s passion for perfection. Maison Blanche offers progressive French cuisine, a savory balance of classical French cookery with modern American influences. Your Maison Blanche occasion is brought to life in a sophisticated menu featuring “Farm & Field to Table” local ingredients as available. Your Maison Blanche dinner, a truly memorable experience.

"We dine out 2-3 times a week, so we're familiar with most of the local restaurants, their service and pricing. We thought the steak was prepared well, but VERY expensive. Also the Octopus appetizer, which was very small, was $19.00.....OUCH! There is quite a bar crowd there, so it is noisey when you first walk in."

The Restaurant presents luxury at its finest while overlooking some of Napa's most renowned vineyards. Sleek and modern with one foot firmly in the Old World is the feeling at Perbacco. The restaurant boasts a brick wall original to the historic 1913 Hind building, with other touches such as a bar top and floor tiles made from white Carrara marble. With 16 seats at the bar and 7 more intimate tables, Perbacco creates an atmosphere for a glass of wine or a light bite. Perbacco also features 2 dining rooms, one on the main floor and a smaller one on the Mezzanine, which has the added allure of serving as "theater", with windows to watch all the action in the kitchen below.<br />Chef Staffan Terje strives to cook the finest food reflecting the Italian regions of Piemonte and Liguria. Handcrafted, house-made salami, prosciutto and other meats are featured at the salumi bar. Filled pastas, a tradition in Piemonte, range from the traditional ravioli to the more exotic agnolotti. Main courses feature traditional dishes such as Bollito Misto and milk-braised pork shoulder with Savoy cabbage.

"We visit the Napa Valley a couple times a year and heard The Grill was a great dining experience. We went during the Dine around Napa month , and were very disappointed in our lunch experience....the food was quite ordinary. Our disappointment was real especially paying those kind of prices...speaking of those prices we certainly didn't mean paying them at Auberge Du Soleil the next day for a fantastic and memorable lunch."

Blowfish Sushi is an eclectic sushi bar and restaurant that serves both modern and traditional sushi, and sashimi, as well as salads, cooked appetizers and special desserts. The menu style is Asian Fusion and emphasizes clean, pure healthy foods. We have an extensive list of imported sakes and our own original line of sake cocktails. Our upbeat and unforgettable atmosphere is one of a kind, creating an atmosphere of excitement. Our restaurant and sound system have been specially created to give the impression of "feeling the sound" while allowing conversation to be acoustically transparent. We continuously show Japanese animation films for your viewing pleasure. Colorful original production cells, used in the making of various Anime feature films, decorate the walls. These cartoon images are considered an art form in Japan and are extremely popular in many countries. Come Eat to the Beat! Blowfish Sushi To Die For.
