Located in the famous Turnberry Isle Miami, BOURBON STEAK Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, BOURBON STEAK offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. The restaurant also features Michael Mina's Lobster Pot Pie as well as the ever-popular Duck Fat French Fries, named America's Best Fries by U.S. News & World Report.

BOURBON STEAK'S striking design was created by internationally renowned architect/design firm, Tony Chi and Associates. A dynamic twelve foot high glass box entry provides a dramatic welcome to guests into the breathtaking 7,600 square foot restaurant includes The Tavern, a casual dining space fed by the energy of an adjacent bar, a wine cellar and lounge, a large glamorous dining room with glittering mirrored walls and a "glass box" private dining room.

"The dynamic duo of chef de cuisine Brad Kilgore and pastry chef Antonio Bachour area force to be reckoned with. Each are individually exceptionally talented chefs and a meal comprised of both their skills is a palate blowing experience. Go enjoy Miami's best overall doing experience. Service & wine program top notch too"

Bocce Bar - Eat. Drink. Play.
Located in Midtown Miami the restaurant features the city"s first official bocce court and a Mediterranean-style outdoor café. The menu features Italian fare with such highlights as an antipasti bar, house-made pastas and a selection of salumi and formaggi. Complementing the menu is a cutting-edge beverage program, offering artisanal cocktails, an extensive wine selection and house-made liqueurs.

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is a showcase for the cuisine of Chef/Owner Michael Schwartz, with prices designed to encourage frequent dining. This unpretentious bistro seats 90 indoors and out, with another 14 seats at a handsome bar. Doubling as a casual neighborhood dining spot and a culinary destination, the bright, airy space in Miami’s evolving Design District showcases Schwartz’s trademark new American cuisine at prices designed to encourage frequent dining. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the menu is chock full of choices encouraging everything from a light bite to a multi-course feast. A quick glance at the menu and Michael's intentions for this restaurant are revealed. Notable is the frequency of the word homemade in the descriptions of dishes -- be it pasta, French fries or rabbit terrine. At the same time, Michael's takes advantage of the Chef’s decades-long relationships with winemakers to offer diners the opportunity to try a variety of wines at great value.
