Located in the famous Turnberry Isle Miami, BOURBON STEAK Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, BOURBON STEAK offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. The restaurant also features Michael Mina's Lobster Pot Pie as well as the ever-popular Duck Fat French Fries, named America's Best Fries by U.S. News & World Report.<br /><br>BOURBON STEAK'S striking design was created by internationally renowned architect/design firm, Tony Chi and Associates. A dynamic twelve foot high glass box entry provides a dramatic welcome to guests into the breathtaking 7,600 square foot restaurant includes The Tavern, a casual dining space fed by the energy of an adjacent bar, a wine cellar and lounge, a large glamorous dining room with glittering mirrored walls and a "glass box" private dining room.

"Bourbon Steak continues to be one of the best restaurants in Miami. Food, service, beverage/wine program all excel. Steaks are always great but look for the daily specials. They are always littered with gems."

Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.

Inspired by the age of discovery and Florida"s rich history of exploration, CORSAIR by scott conant offers a seasonal and rustic menu rooted in the farmhouse cooking of Italy, France, America and the Mediterranean. Dishes follow each season, reflecting the harvest of local farmers and purveyors while putting the quality and simplicity of their ingredients center stage. The restaurant overlooks the eighteenth hole of one of the two championship courses at Turnberry Isle Resort Miami.

Located at the famed Vagabond Hotel in the Miami Modern (MiMo) historical district, the Vagabond Restaurant & Bar is a "casual fine dining" concept catering to the "contemporary Vagabond," a modern-day adventurer with a penchant for global food, drink, and art. The restaurant will feature a global menu anchored in American, Latin and Asian influences. The menu is a coalescence of Executive Chef Alex Chang’s experiences over the last few years, having had stints at such renowned restaurants as Animal in Los Angeles, Pujol in Polanco, Mexico, Les Creations de Narisawa in Tokyo, and In De Wulf in Heuvelland, Belgium. Menu items feature many locally sourced ingredients and the style of service is high-energy, warm, and unpretentious. "Chef Aaron Brooks is one of the best chefs in town. His supporting team is talented too. Sunday Brunch isn't cheap but if you are looking to splurge and enjoy a fantastic leisurely meal look no further. Oysters, stone crabs, shrimp, whole suckling pig from a caja china, house cured charcuterie, grills outside, dessert bar plus several made to order dishes. And unlimited champagne, bloodys & mojitos for an additional $20. Everything executed perfectly. This is a brunch for brunch fans."
