Please visit our website to learn more about The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges http://www.theinnatpoundridge.com/

Chef Jean‑Georges introduces his latest venture, a casually elegant restaurant ensconced in the picturesque town of Pound Ridge, New York. Here, Jean‑Georges cultivates a truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, with ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley and New England, whenever possible. Constructed in 1833 as a residence and serving later as an inn, the building has been painstakingly renovated to preserve as many of the original materials as possible, including four working fireplaces. Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the restaurant’s interior with a modern yet rustic sensibility; zinc and marble accent stone and reclaimed wood. The restaurant’s lighting, artfully conceived by Hervé Descottes, employs paper shades and Edison fixtures to create warmth throughout.

"Wonderful gem in Northern Westhchester, where we are starving for restaurants that deliver this kind of food and atmosphere. I recommend the beet salad, kale salad and foie gras starters, for a lighter main dish the sea bass is the ticket, on the heartier side the pork chop. the salumi plate is also a lovely way to start. Save room for dessert, the salted caramel ice cream sundae is one you don't want to miss.
Thank you Jean Georges!

"Have walked by here many times and finally had dinner with friends here. The menu is short, so you would expect everything to be really well done, and it was. My husband had the chicken, tasted like wood smoke from the grill, and was nice and moist. I orded the tuna, unfortunately it came out well done. The server immediately offered to cook another for me, rare as requested, and it was perfect. Friends ordered 2 different pastas that they enjoyed. Lucky for us they are clearing out their wine cellar, so many bottles are 50% off.
Will definitely return.
