Seasonal & Delicious.

With Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett and restaurateur Paul Fleming have realized a long-nurtured dream to create the restaurant "we've always wished was in our neighborhood."

At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin's aims to serve diners the best ingredients with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced produce, the best of both wild and farmed fish, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors. The deep California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State's vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. Behind Paul Martin's elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin's American Grill.

Aged for almost 30 years in the Napa Valley… Since its beginnings as a local gathering spot over 29 years ago, Mustards Grill has blossomed into a destination for all who appreciate memorable food, superb wines and a warm welcome. Mustards food is Chef/Owner Cindy Pawlcyn’s mix of American regional dishes with global influences. The list of “Way Too Many Wines” represents the best from appellations throughout California and the New World. Mustards is an American Grill, featuring flavors from around the globe. The wood-burning grill produces such favorites as Cindy’s famous Mongolian Pork Chop, chipotle –rubbed Quail, and the ½ pound Niman Ranch hamburger. The oakwood smoker fills the restaurant with aromas of BBQ baby back ribs and tea-smoked Peking duck. Specialties include Seared Ahi Tuna on sesame crackers and Crispy Calamari tossed with curried slaw. The eclectic wine list features hard to find gems from California, the American Northwest, & South America.

"They offer the truck stop deluxe. Always meat, possibly potatoes an rarely vegetables. The day we visited the truck stop deluxe included brisket (cooked to tender perfection), polenta and fresh green beans from their garden. All excellent. And they have this chocolate tart that's to die for. We will definitely visit again!"

Fabulous views of downtown Portland and the Cascade Mountains. Our complete sushi menu features traditional sushi, sashimi, and a broad selection of classic and contemporary rolls.

"Vibrant bar scene with a fantastic pianist, that can play anything, including popular music. A definite crowd-pleaser for the young, old and anyone in between. Cocktails were fantastic, and favorably priced. Shrimp tempura and crab cakes perfectly prepared. Ribeye melts in your mouth and very flavorful. A great place to celebrate our 18th anniversary. Located on the 30th floor, the views of Portland were amazing. We will definitely return on our next trip to Portland."

"Nice restaurant and with a nice outdoor space. The food was okay. I had the beer braised crispy chicken wings, but they weren't crispy and a bit undercooked. The fried calamari was tasty, but not enough to share, considering they were listed under the "shared plate" section of the menu."
