Enjoy a fantastic culinary experience and unequalled skyline views through two-story windows high above the Potomac River. The contemporary interior features chrome, glass, suede, and wood with accents of granite. Check out the critically-acclaimed Sunday Kitchen Buffet Brunch. The Roof Terrace Restaurant & Bar is located on the Roof Terrace level of the Kennedy Center above the Hall of Nations.

Cafe 2825 is a`"Neighborhood Italian- American" restaurant 1 block up from Tropicana and "The Quarter". Our family has been serving simple Italian-American cuisine in upscale casual style since arriving from Brooklyn in 1986.
Joseph is the host of this 14 table intimate, white tablecloth restaurant. His warmth and friendliness make the Cafe a favorite of locals and casino guests.
He travels to his hometown of Brooklyn each week for the necessary ingredients to keep the Cafe as authentic as you would find a NY or Philly nieghborhood. On any evening you will find Ginny, his wife, behind the bar, Jackie, his daughter, waiting on tables and Momma Rose's recipes in the kitchen. These are a few of the reasons locals frequent Cafe 2825. The difficulty in obtaining reservations reflects all the passion in the restaurant.
We are sure you will enjoy dining at our Cafe. Please do not let positve reviews mislead you, we are just a simple famliy cooking dinners.

.

"Stopped in for breakfast on Memorial day. The Maitre'd is a delight and accomodated us immediately. Food was good; I had eggs benedict with the best hollandsise I have ever had. Its pricey but the location and fun is unbeatable. I hear the 3-7 and 11-close oyster bar specials are good; we will be back."

Chef Isabella serves seasonal, artisanal pizzas and small plates inspired by the food he grew up eating in New Jersey prepared by his Italian-American grandmother. With heavy influence from Chef Isabella’s Mediterranean and Latin culinary training, Graffiato is anything but a traditional Italian eatery. Roasted potato gnocchi with pork ragu, chicken thighs with pepperoni sauce, charred octopus with tomato mostarda and mint, and hanger steak with pancetta and wild mushrooms are a few of the signature wood oven roasted dishes. Broccolini with red pepper relish and smoked beets with sheep’s milk ricotta are popular first plates. When the kitchen closes, the oven will stay fired to feed Washingtonians looking for a late-night bite.

Four years after Celebrity Chef Art Smith opened Art and Soul, the Capitol Hill restaurant underwent a refresh and re-opened in late February 2013. In addition to beautiful herringbone wood floors, textured walls, and unique artwork, you'll also enjoy an exciting new menu. Our approach is driven by our chefs’ Southern roots. We serve simple honest food and partner with like-minded farmers, artisans and growers to provide products that are sustainably and responsibly sourced, whenever possible.

With celebrated two-time James Beard award winning Chef Art Smith as chef/owner, this Capitol Hill restaurant has received national and local acclaim for its "Food for the Soul" - modern regional cuisine with southern accents.
