Fatty Crab serves Malaysian inspired cuisine, pulling from the fares of other Southeast Asian countries while using western style techniques. The locally sourced menu items are rotated seasonally and all the condiments and pastes are made fresh, from scratch. Classic dishes such as the Beef Short Rib Rendang, Pork and Watermelon Salad, Fatty Duck and Chili Crab are year-round staples. The highly received wine list is designed to pair with the robust and spicy flavors of Malaysian cuisine, while the cocktail list includes selections suited for the most demanding cocktail aficionado. "Just when I thought I had tried all of the top Sushi spots in the city...I find Neta! Everything from cocktails to service was top notch. Oh and did I mention the amazing Sushi? You must do the Omakase and ask for a table at the bar in front of the sushi masters!!"

A collaborative effort between Chef David Bouley and Japan’s Tsuji Culinary Institute, Brushstroke presents an inspired modern adaptation of Kyoto's kaiseki cuisine; seasonally focused tasting menus that change throughout the year. <br /><br /> Kaiseki menus offered in the main dining room showcase a wide range of Japanese cuisine; from the delicate use of vegetables to sashimi, rice and wagyu. Crave Fishbar is a vibrant, convivial restaurant in Midtown Manhattan serving an inspired seafood menu from chef Todd Mitgang. An eclectic mix of reclaimed materials and custom made chairs and tables lend a beachy, rustic feel to the space, which houses a 25-foot-long bar where guests can order from the full dinner menu along with cocktails and wine from a mounted bottle display. Approachable, sophisticated dishes feature local seafood, crudos, and meat dishes that are thoughtfully prepared with both familiar and exotic ingredients.
