"This is one restaurant in Easton, MD that consistently continues to serve fabulous food. Their service is the best I have ever experienced - right from the way they greet you till you leave. You get personalized attention and never have to wait for your glass to be filled or for the plates to be removed. Their tasting menu is highly recommended. They also make cocktails off the menu and if you like a particular taste, just talk with Justin their bartender and he will make something nice for you! Loved their Silver Lining Cocktail. The risotto was the best ever!"

"We were there for dinner on a friday night. The place has a mix of high tables and regular tables. There is also a separate room for larger group. We ordered the cocktails which was very very light on the alcohol - more like mocktails!! My dad had 3 margaritas and it tasted more like a berry punch than a margarita. Same with the Cosmo ! The Dark and Stormy or something like that was good.
We also ordered the Shrimp on toast which was fabulous but the Wings were the best . They have a wide selection - We got the black pepper and the Bourbon wings. Creme Brulee was excellent and the Jack Daniels cupcake was a little dry . Definitely would recommend but stick to beer!

Founded by Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga of Hana Sushi, PABU is modelled on traditional Japanese drinking establishments and takes it name from the Japanese phonetic translation of “pub.” We honour this inspiration with an extensive beverage menu featuring Asian beers and wines, Asian-inspired cocktails, and a list of more than 100 sakes. PABU also offers small plates, items from our robata grill, and sushi and sashimi.

"We were greeted on arrival and was escorted to our table immediately. I would highly recommend making reservations. The service was exceptional.I ordered 2 Hot small plates 2 Robatayaki &Ken's roll. I ordered only 2 plates at a time as I wasn't sure how my parents would enjoy this type of cuisine. Our waitress was very friendly and made recommendations and did not pressurize us to order more at any point in time! I have been to restaurants wherein they have insisted I order at least 4 small plates to begin with & would not leave the table until I did!! But here, there was no pressure and they bring out one plate at a time. Cocktails were fabulous. I loved the super X and the Katsura. They also have a tasting menu which looked really good."

"This restuarant was jam packed on Friday night at 9 pm.. We had to wait for about 10 mins inspite of reservations and there were many people waiting without reservations too.. The staff were very friendly and apologetic for the wait. The service was the best. Our waitress was all smiles, recommended some great cocktails. They do ask for allergies and will work with you if you are allergic to anything. We had the cracked pepper wings, farm bread, the pastas.. All were delicious! Highly recommend this place and do make reservations."

"Our reservation was at 8.15 pm and we did not have to wait at all. The restaurant was quite crowded until about 9 pm. The cocktails were good but nothing extraordinary. The Mussels in Thai curry was super delicious - spicy hot ! The Trout and the scallops were excellent too. The Salmon was so - so."
