CAFÉ BOULUD features a French-American menu inspired by Chef Daniel Boulud's four culinary muses: la tradition, classic French cuisine; la saison, seasonal delicacies; le potager, the vegetable garden; and le voyage, the flavors of world cuisines.

In addition to dinner seven nights, we feature a $37 two-course prix-fixe lunch six days a week, and brunch on Sundays. The restaurant is both a neighborhood gem and a destination for food lovers in search of casually elegant dining. Two private dining rooms seating 18 guest each are available for your private entertaining needs, and may be combined to accommodate 40.

The restaurant's adjacent BAR PLEIADES serves inventive cocktails and a luxurious bar menu from 3 pm onwards.

DANIEL • DB Bistro Moderne •Boulud Sud• Bar Boulud • DBGB Kitchen & Bar

"The superb food is offered in a traditional restaurant setting (not spacious but quiet anyway). Little extras (gift with purchase?) make you feel special and even more satisified."

The Fourth is Chef Marco A. Moreira's newest venture. Anchoring Union Square with the East Village this multifunctional expansive restaurant features a comfortable coffee bar and café, a traditional dining room, and a long stylish bar perfect for drinks and dining. Artistic features such as a photo installation, whimsically hung wood twin bed frames, local handcrafted furniture, and eco-friendly lighting are highlights in the lofty room. The American style brasserie menu features locally sourced ingredients. Super fresh oysters, roast duck for two and salt brick roasted chicken not to be missed. Accompanying it is an approachable wine list compiled by master sommelier Roger Dagorn and the owners own brand of coffee, Quatrieme. The Fourth is quickly becoming the go to place for a neighborhood breakfast, weekend Jazz brunch events, bar dining and lunch and dinner celebrations. We look forward to seeing you at THE FOURTH!
.

"The high level of the food could easily fit in a fancier setting uptown, but how delightful to find it in this Union Square high-ceilinged more casual place.
THe chicken under a brick was all you could ask, crispy, hot, juicy, flavorful. From the people who brought you Tocqueville, but with more hours and offerings since it's in a hotel -- lucky guests

Dawat is a fine north Indian restaurant that also serves a couple of south Indian dishes as well. Located in Midtown East, Dawat is one of Manhattan’s finest Indian restaurants
that serves an eclectic array of interesting dishes.

"Reliable and faithful to its founder's broad knowledge and skill. Always a pleasure!
How long has Dawat been in business? Long enough to have slipped (and fallen) more than once. But it has avoided this and retains its stature among the city's Indian establishments.

With Shun Lee Cafe conveniently located across from Lincoln Center, Dim Sum is just the ticket. The Cafe, a black and white checkerboard dining room, decorated with images from the Chinese calendar.
Terrific Dim Sum on rolling carts in constant motion and a variety of dishes in smaller portions completes the menu at Shun Lee Cafe. The Cafe is a great pre-theater stop for a “quick” dinner.

"What would I do without the Shun Lee Cafe? The food is consistently very good, and I can get less than a full meal there before I sit for a long performance.
Service accommodates ticket-holders, and everyone is very pleasant and efficient."

Featuring dynamic cuisine in a sensual atmosphere, the most exciting Italian restaurant on the East Side is bar.vetro. Meaning "glass" in Italian, vetro refers to the muted green, transparent glass sheet that dominates the bar area, as if floating. The intimate dining room, decorated in cool grays and suffused with warm lavender light, is the perfect compliment to the innovative menu, which features small plates known as "assagi" throughout Italy, ideal for sharing with the table or sampling as a tasting dinner. In addition to their small plates bar.vetro also offers a wide variety of salads, pasta, chicken, fish and veal dishes.

Equally wonderful as an after-work drinks destination or as an all-night stop for dinner and a chance to experience its excellent, moderately priced wine selection, bar.vetro also features an outdoor seating area in a sunken garden just outside its front doors. Enjoy one of the house cocktails or one of 20 wines by the glass...

"Consistently beautifully prepared fresh Italian dishes; no fuss, but worthy of a fancier setting.
You can eat lightly at dinner: try the small plates and the excellent house San Giovese -- hard to beat.

Situated on the North and West balconies of New York's Grand Central Terminal, this restaurant was designed to reflect Michaels sense of taste and style. Michael Jordan's The Steak House N.Y.C. ranks among the finest steakhouses in Manhattan, offering a world class menu and an extensive, eclectic selection of wines and spirits. There are two private dining rooms and two semi private dining rooms available, with pre-fixe menus.

"Reliably good, and the salmon is also wonderful. The feeling of openness above Grand Central's main concourse is a delight and, surprise!, not noisy -- more of a city hum."

Sapphire serves multiregional fare in an airy, serene space. The food is well worth its price, and the prix fixe lunch is quite a buy.
