As the more casual sibling of renowned Spiaggia, Cafe Spiaggia has come into its own as a favorite dining destination for locals and visitors alike. In an artful, warm setting featuring reproductions of 15th century Italian murals, the contemporary Cafe serves dishes reminiscent of authentic Italian sidewalk eateries and trattorias. Chicago Magazine said, “This stylish Cafe sends out lively versions of regional classics…topnotch handmade pastas, fine main courses, and the best tiramisu and ice creams in town."

"The service was excellent, the food was delicious and prepared fresh with the right amount of seasoning. We will make it our first choice whenever we return to Chicago."

"We made an excellent choice when we chose to eat at Cole's during Restaurant Week. Six of us had dinner and all agreed their meals were prepared to perfection. Our waiter did an excellent job. It was a very vibrant scene at the restaurant."

Sabio is Lexington’s newest casual fine dining restaurant. We’re located downtown on the corner of Maxwell and Mill St., inside the historical Dudley Square. Completely remodeled, our decor and menu provide a sophisticated atmosphere perfect for everything from casual lunch meetings to formal dinners.

Stop by to grab a drink and relax on our large, 1000 sq. ft. patio. Or, if you’re feeling extra naughty you can hang out with the bad kids in Detention. Our menu prepared by Executive Chef Javier Lanza uses only the finest Kentucky Proud ingredients.

"The service and the food are outstanding at Sabios. We have never been disappointed. Four of us were at dinner together and three of the four ordered fish, which was prepared perfectly. The presentation is beautiful and each mouthful is a delicious treat."
