Fogo de Chão® (fo-go dèe shoun), is an authentic Southern Brazilian steakhouse. In 1979, Fogo® began sharing the gaucho way of preparing meat in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill each of our 16 cuts of meat and offer you continuous tableside service. We invite you to enjoy the delicious preparations of our gaucho chefs along with our gourmet salad bar, authentic Brazilian side dishes, and award-winning wine list.

"The food at this restaurant is amazing! I have never been disappointed by selection and quality. This time we went during restaurant week, but honestly I didn't miss the filet minion, lamb chops, or ribeye (for $30/person). The service here is outstanding. The staff works as a team and there is never an instance when my water is not full or the sides are not being replenished. I was also impressed by the wait staff's knowledge of which items on the menu are gluten free. She was able to tell me which meats to avoid and what items on the salad bar. Because it was restaurant week I didn't get to have a dessert even though it was included because there were no gluten free options, but I honestly don't feel like I got cheated."

"I love this restaurant and they are very gluten free friendly. The food is amazing and being gluten free I don't feel I'm missing out. They have gluten free bread with the dippers for the cheese course and gluten free brownies and cake with the dessert course. I think the food here is excellent and I love the experience."

Fresh seafood from the docks and traditional New England fare is featured at this gracious restaurant, offering outstanding views of the Rio's VooDoo Beach and sparkling swimming pools.

Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Búzios, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Búzios fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen.
Búzios, located near the pool entrance, is open for dinner from 5pm to 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and 5pm to 11pm Friday and Saturday. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

"This restaurant is definitely not worth the price. The food was very expensive and not as good as a chain. The spinach artichoke dip was runny and they were very skimpy with the chips. The clam chowder was gritty and tasteless. The service was poor. We had to ask a random staff member to get a hold of our waiter and to top it all off the waiter changed the tip we wrote in to add $10. I would never eat at this restaurant again and I would tell anyone considering to stay away. If you want a great seafood restaurant try Emeril's Fish House instead. The food is flavorful, worth the price and the staff is exceptional. This restaurant not only disappointed me and made me upset because it was not cheap."

Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse brings back a time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed and dinner with friends was a celebration. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. Located in The Venetian l Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar.

"This restaurant was amazing. The food was good and so was the service. We ordered off the pre-theater menu which is three courses for $65 per person. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and I'm still dreaming of them. I have never had a sauce that good. For the second course I order a steak. Again, I was not disappointed. Because I'm gluten intolerant I was really worried when it came to dessert, but the restaurant was very accommodating and provided me with a flour-less chocolate cake with an abundance of fresh berries. There is nothing negative to say about this restaurant. This restaurant is worth the trip and the price."
