Fresh seafood from the docks and traditional New England fare is featured at this gracious restaurant, offering outstanding views of the Rio's VooDoo Beach and sparkling swimming pools.

Enjoy the casually elegant atmosphere of Búzios, offering seating for large groups as well as more intimate occasions, and single seating at Búzios fresh oyster bar overlooking an open kitchen.
Búzios, located near the pool entrance, is open for dinner from 5pm to 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and 5pm to 11pm Friday and Saturday. A private dining room is available for parties up to 100.

"This restaurant is definitely not worth the price. The food was very expensive and not as good as a chain. The spinach artichoke dip was runny and they were very skimpy with the chips. The clam chowder was gritty and tasteless. The service was poor. We had to ask a random staff member to get a hold of our waiter and to top it all off the waiter changed the tip we wrote in to add $10. I would never eat at this restaurant again and I would tell anyone considering to stay away. If you want a great seafood restaurant try Emeril's Fish House instead. The food is flavorful, worth the price and the staff is exceptional. This restaurant not only disappointed me and made me upset because it was not cheap."

Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse brings back a time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed and dinner with friends was a celebration. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. Located in The Venetian l Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar.

"This restaurant was amazing. The food was good and so was the service. We ordered off the pre-theater menu which is three courses for $65 per person. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and I'm still dreaming of them. I have never had a sauce that good. For the second course I order a steak. Again, I was not disappointed. Because I'm gluten intolerant I was really worried when it came to dessert, but the restaurant was very accommodating and provided me with a flour-less chocolate cake with an abundance of fresh berries. There is nothing negative to say about this restaurant. This restaurant is worth the trip and the price."
