Duke's Malibu restaurant and Barefoot Bar sits perched on the water's edge just four miles north of Sunset Boulevard. Dressed up or down, you'll feel welcome at this ocean front restaurant. With over 300 feet of picture windows out to the Pacific, Duke's boasts one of the longest oceanfront sites on the west coast. You'll experience the spirit of Aloha here from the crashing waves, Hawaiian influenced cuisine and the genuine friendly service that is Duke's signature. You are invited to relax and take in the endless ocean views while enjoying the freshest seafood and premium steaks, each uniquely prepared and thoughtfully served.

"Definitely worth going once, or even once in a while. The view is amazing, especially at sunset while we were there. We enjoyed everything but the bill, which caught us a bit by surprise. Next time we may try the Barefoot Bar instead, which seems to be more casual (=less expensive?) although I'm not sure if it will be as nice an experience. For a romantic meal, definitely try to get a window table in the main dining room."

Oliverio serves traditional Italian cuisine in a uniquely modern environment. We are the restaurant of choice for diners seeking a neighborhood retreat that provides the highest quality service and food at a reasonable price. Oliverio @ Avalon Hotel Beverly Hillsfeatures modern Italian cuisine in a relaxed California patio atmosphere created with poolside stone veneer tables and modernist chairs, private cabanas set with Cippolino blue-green marble, custom Italian ceramic columns and geometric wall graphics.

"The sweet potato fries were outstanding, but everything else we ate was subpar. We racked up about $75 on 2 entrees, a soup, and fries with no drinks. Very disappointing. The service and ambiance were nice though."

<b>"One bite is enough to make you moan"<br />- <i>The New York Times</i></b><br /><br />Beloved by locals and a must-see destination for anyone who enjoys celebrity sightings, the Four Seasons is the restaurant <i>New York Magazine</i> named the "city's greatest dining room."<br /><br />Whether you're lunching poolside and enjoying the restaurant's deal-of-the-decade $59 prix fixe or looking for a delicious dinner destination that the <i>New York Times</i> raved "virtually defines American cooking," the Four Seasons offers something for every wallet. <br /><br />An only-in-Manhattan icon that <i>Zagat 2013</i> called "a calm oasis in throbbing Manhattan," the Four Seasons serves New American dishes, inspired by local fishermen and farmers.

"The room itself is the true star and an amazing overall experience. The food itself is very good but not quite worth the hefty price tag. This place is great for a one-time very special date. I'm certainly glad I got to experience it. But I can't imagine ever returning on my own dime."

A taste of Boulevard St. Germain on St. Mark’s, Jules Bistro has captivated diners for twenty years with its amber coziness, nightly live jazz and authentic French bistro cuisine. <br /><br />Having resided in Harlem for many years upon his move to New York, owner Georges Forgeois was inspired to bring the energy of the many jazz venues he frequented down to the Rock ‘n Roll East Village. With Jules, Georges revived the long overlooked jazz era and introduced it to a whole new generation alongside heaping piles of moules frites, bubbling bowls of onion soup gratinée and tender onglet de boeuf.<br /><br />Whether you’re stopping by for a glass of red, settling in for a romantic meal or enjoying the music, Jules Bistro delivers a memorable experience with the reassurance "we’ll always have Paris."<br />

"Brunch is great, but dinner just okay. Steak disappointed, duck breast was good. But when you include the jazz music, it's worth it at any meal; outstanding for brunch."
