Similar with "Memphis" ribs and ""Texas" brisket and "Kansas City" ribs. No hint if the special preparation of meats that make those regional BBQ styles special. Only the "one-style-fits-all" BBQ sauce in squeeze bottles on the table.
Actually, pretty good food if you don't expect what the regional labels promise. Good ambience, available parking, very good sides. But just don't expect any authenticity to the regional BBQ styles promised on the menu."
