Pazo features a southern Italian menu that includes seafood, meats on the wood fired grill, hand-formed pastas, and classic pizzas. The restaurant is located in a beautifully restored historic two-story venue with an open kitchen, posh booths, mezzanine dining and inviting bar and lounge.

"We chose Pazo for a non-traditional Easter dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to find only a few occupied tables at 5:00. I think most people took advantage of the brunch earlier in the day. This made the restaurant very quiet and raised the level of service even higher than on other visits. Along with three interesting salads and an appetizer, we had the scallops, duck, and the chef's special of salmon planxa. All were excellent, as were the desserts. The wine list was nearly all Spanish and Italian, which I am not that familiar with, so I can't comment. We sat in spacious booth in a canopied area along the wall, making for an intimate setting - though the servers' station was nearby, which might be an issue on a busy night."
