"This was my first time eating at Landmark. The food was quite good, I loved the dressing on my very tasty spinach salad w/grilled chicken. My husband thought the turkey burger was excellent. I do wish there was more of a "dinner" menu to choose from but what they offered was prepared fantastically and was very filling. The service was outstanding, both our waiter and the host were very attentive and extremely friendly. The only downside was that I was surprised by how empty it was, I wish there was a little more action. They have a huge bar and it has such potential, hopefully they can get some more "regulars"."

Carmine's simple and very popular concept is to serve every meal in the style of an Italian American wedding feast - which means large portions of home-style antipasti, pastas, seafood and meat entrees served on large platters designed for sharing. And when we say large, we mean large. An entree here could easily feed three to four average eaters. If you are in the market for better than average family style Italian food that is served in huge portions at reasonable prices, this is the place for you.

"Let me say that I did realize this was a family style dining experience, but... the portion sizes were absolutely huge. The food was good, I really enjoyed the rigatoni w/sausage & broccoli. The meatballs were fine and the lasagna was good. My mother-in-law loved the Carmine's Salad (although it wasn't my thing). Everything was good, the problem was that even for 4 people the amount of food was staggering. It is definitely better suited for large groups. If we go back, it would only be with 6 or more people."

Buddakan has been called “a temple of modern Asian cuisine.” But it’s also a testament to the possibilities of inspired design. Upon entering, the first thing one sees is the surreal Asian garden surrounded by multi-level archways and 25-foot trees that seem to grow through rocks, footbridges and the ceiling itself. The dramatic atmosphere and enchanting karma is enhanced by the presence of a gigantic Golden Buddha that watches over the entire restaurant from a head of a 24-foot communal dining room table. The menu portrays an innovative interpretation of Asian Cuisine that matches the ambience in terms of creativity, inspiration and its capacity to satisfy. A delectably imaginative fusion of Chinese, French and Asian styles that results in dishes that exotic yet comforting – all prepared with perfectionist attention to the smallest detail.<br />Buddakan’s spectacular yet dreamlike ambience adds a new dimension to the array of destinations at the Pier at Ceasars.

"We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The food is outstanding, Asian pork, cashew chicken, ginger chicken pot stickers, lobster fried rice... All fantastic. The flavors are spot on and unique. One of our favorite spots in AC."
