"It's fine. Nothing stand out about it, except maybe it would be fun with a group of people. The food is OK, nothing to write home about."

Located firmly within San Francisco's Castro district, 2362 Market Street is steeped in city history. Here, Catch makes its mark in a storefront registered as an official city landmark that originally housed the burgeoning NAMES Project, which famously organized the creation of the AIDS Memorial Quilt. The history remains with the building, but Catch aims to create a new legacy while honoring the spirit of creativity and expression rooted in its surroundings.

To foster this spirit, the chefs rotate their menus regularly, accommodating seasonal produce and fresh catches of local, sustainably sourced seafood. Each dish showcases these ingredients while incorporating Mediterranean influences and minimalist Californian sensibilities toward composition and presentation.

Since opening in October 2002, Catch is the perfect place to gather for every occasion – handcrafted artisanal cocktails and appetizers at the bar, a cozy romantic dinner for two by the fireplace.

"The food is better than you would think (looking around at the half empty restaurant). Professional service, and good food. Great for groups. Tuesday night is half price wine night. Who doesn't like half priced wine?"

Crossroads refines the Los Angeles dining scene, and is helmed by culinary trailblazer, Chef Tal Ronnen. Highlighting small plate dining with a Mediterranean influence, Crossroads features the cuisine that Ronnen is famous for; beautifully presented plant based dishes that are flavorful and innovative. A rotating selection of custom-made libations, artisanal small batch spirits, and a thoughtfully crafted wine list complement the fare. The imaginative and ever-changing menu with dishes approached with a conscience manner, is inspired by seasonal Southern California ingredients.

"Crossroads is fantastic! Even better if you are a vegetarian. If you're not, it wont matter, the food will make you happy. Nice wine list and good service. It helps that the staff is easy on the eyes. You might even see a celebrity."

We are proud to introduce to you Michel Bistro. We are from south of France, Provence, and are excited to share our love of cuisine and all that it entails with the East Bay. Our goal is to bring to Lakeshore avenue a Bistro that will have French and traditional dishes made with high quality products at an affordable price.

"Delicious French food paired with great wines, you cant go wrong. Casual dining room, not fancy. There is a waitress (with a French accent) who will pick you the perfect glass of wine, if you ask."

Flora is housed in an Art Deco architectural gem in the Uptown district of Oakland. We serve a selection of reinvented American classics accompanied by an extensive menu of prohibition era cocktails. Fauna is our sister bar next door!
