Scott Conant, formerly of L’Impero and Alto, is at the helm of Scarpetta™, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Italian restaurant and an outpost of his recently opened restaurant of the same name in New York City. The restaurant features ocean and poolside views, a wraparound veranda as well as casual dining areas and a cocktail lounge.

Scarpetta regional menu comprises clean, crisp flavors prepared in layers to reflect the quality of locally sourced ingredients. Known for coaxing the most sublime flavors out of the simplest ingredients, Conant relies on Florida’s bounty of farm-fresh and organic produce to craft menus of surprising complexity.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

"Start to finish, our evening at Scarpetta was a joy. The service, the friendliness, the view, the amazing food, and the overall setting at the Fontainbleau just could not have been better. You cannot go wrong at the restaurant."

Focusing on local cuisine, wine and spirits. Thirst is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the Willamette and soak in views of the River Place Marina. All of our rooms feature floor to ceiling windows. And during summer months our patio seats 125. We serve full entrees and smaller plates / appetizers for pairing and sharing. Our menu is made from scratch and usues local ingredients. 90% of our menu is Gluten-free! We change our menu based on the season. We even harvest our own garden on Sauvee Island during the summer. We scour the Pacific NW for new and interesting wines and change our wine menu frequently. We are very selective about what we serve at Thirst and only serve wines that best represent the wonderful wines of the Pacific NW. We have over 30 wines by the glass and 100+ we serve by the bottle. Our private dining rooms are free and can host all kinds of events. Business Meetings, Receptions, Parties, Finners, Wedding-related and family celebrations! Book yours today

In 1983, Café Luxembourg opened its doors to become the quintessential neighborhood bistro of the Upper West Side. The dining room of this charming 90 seat restaurant glows in the warm light of the Jean Perzel fixtures and antique mirrors.

Located on 70th Street just west of Broadway, Café Luxembourg entertains New Yorkers and celebrities alike. The full service bar is home to many regulars. The lively buzz of the dining room is inviting and intimate. The frequency of dining customers is testament to the sincere efforts by the entire Café Luxembourg staff.

The menu changes seasonally as well as offering daily specials. The classic menu dishes maintain a level of cooking on par with the city’s best restaurants. Café Luxembourg offers beautifully prepared food with professional, yet unpretentious service at reasonable prices.
"Cafe Luxembourg is always a very nice experience. Conveniently located, with a wonderfully friendly staff, and great food, it's a solid mainstay on the upper west side."

Opened in March of 2002, Dolci has fast created its very own Cipriani "scene" thanks to its chic ambiance, attentive service and well-priced Venetian menu. The restaurant offers all day casual dining, and the bar has become a lively after work meeting place, renowned for its charming bartenders and sensational tower of prosciutto.

"I took my mother to Cipriani Dolci for her 89th birthday NYC trip. We were seated at the corner table directly overlooking the grandeur of Grand Central. The food, service, and ambiance were all just a joy. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough."

San Antonio is now home to acclaimed Chef John Besh’s restaurant, Lüke, on the city's famed Riverwalk, Besh's first restaurant outside of his home state of Louisiana. At Restaurant August, Chef Russ began to form the relationship with John Besh and he learned the importance of forming relationships with farmers and fisherman, which would later be reinforced by his time working on farms in Alabama, New Hampshire, New York and Maryland. Chef Russ returned to the Besh Restaurant Group as Chef de Cuisine on the invitation of Chef Besh.

To complement its cuisine, Lüke offers an extensive wine list and beer selection.

"Once again, another wonderful evening at Luke. This downtown San Antonio restaurant is paying attention to details. The food is always very good, and the staff members understand how to provide friendly, professional service. The atmosphere can be anything from the charming old-world interior, to the beautiful river view area next to the windows, to the spacious patio. Luke is one of the most enjoyable all-around dining experiences to be had downtown."

"Another wonderful experience at Luke. We were short on time because we were catching a show at the Majestic, and the wait staff moved things along very nicely to accommodate. The food was all delicious, the wine was perfect, and the staff was helpful and attentive. Someone is paying attention to details at Luke."
