Citrus features an innovative New American menu in a dramatic setting along the River Walk. Citrus has developed an ever-changing menu that takes the finest ingredients available and prepares them in elegant, imaginative ways. Citrus seeks out Texas-based game and seafood along with locally grown produce, and combines these with ingredients from around the globe. Located in downtown San Antonio’s theater district only footsteps from the Majestic and Empire Theatres, Citrus is the ideal place to begin an evening on the town. Theater-goers can take advantage of Citrus close proximity to the theater. Stop by often — the menu is continuously updated to reflect the freshest ingredients in season.

Scott Conant, formerly of L’Impero and Alto, is at the helm of Scarpetta™, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Italian restaurant and an outpost of his recently opened restaurant of the same name in New York City. The restaurant features ocean and poolside views, a wraparound veranda as well as casual dining areas and a cocktail lounge.

Scarpetta regional menu comprises clean, crisp flavors prepared in layers to reflect the quality of locally sourced ingredients. Known for coaxing the most sublime flavors out of the simplest ingredients, Conant relies on Florida’s bounty of farm-fresh and organic produce to craft menus of surprising complexity.

To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

"Start to finish, our evening at Scarpetta was a joy. The service, the friendliness, the view, the amazing food, and the overall setting at the Fontainbleau just could not have been better. You cannot go wrong at the restaurant."
