dell'anima means "of the soul" in Italian and the food features hearty, eloquent dishes of thoughtful simplicity. Our menu offerings change daily, and we use local, seasonal, sustainably harvested produce where possible. Our menu features a selection of pastas made in-house daily, traditional dishes rarely found outside of Italy, and Italian-inspired creations that are of Thompson's own invention. Our wine list features an array of small production, high-quality selections with an emphasis on traditional and natural winemaking. Over 200 hand-chosen wines are selected for flavor, uniqueness and tradition. dell'anima is open weekend brunch and dinner daily. Reservations are recommended but we accept many walk-ins.

"Four of us had a wonderful meal on Saturday night at dell'anima. Appetizers, pastas and main courses were all delicious. The wine list had some interesting and different wines, which gave us an opportunity to try some new things. Service was friendly and knowledgable. Highlights were the lily confit bruschetta, the risotto and the chicken diavolo."

Located in the heart of Battery Park City, Danny Meyer's North End Grill showcases Chef Eric Korsh's rustic, elemental French-inspired cooking infused with subtle smoke from the restaurant's wood-burning grills and mesquite charcoal ovens. The menu is complemented by a classic raw bar, house-made charcuterie, and seasonal produce from the restaurant's rooftop farm. North End Grill's wine list features classic and little-known wines, peppered with great value and older vintages. Over 150 bottlings of Scotch are available, by the taste or for the table, to accompany the flavors and aromas of smoke that characterize North End Grill.

"Had bunch on Sunday and was impressed with the food options, cocktails and the view of the Hudson. One complaint was that our server could have been more attentive. There were points during the meal and after that our server would walk by without checking to see if we needed anything more and we had to get another server to get the check. Not sure what the issue was, but we seemed invisible to her. We are big fans of Danny Meyer restaurants and stay at the Conrad NYC a half dozen times a year. So, NEG is convenient for brunch or a drink."

"We had an early reservation, following a matinee at the Met Opera. We were a party of five and given a nice secluded booth in the back of the moderately sized restaurant. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was delicious. We ordered multiple types of crostini, cheese, appetizers and entrees and shared every dish. The pork osso buco, octopus, lamb stew and the cod were some of my favorites. Service was professional and attentive without being intrusive. Cannot wait to go back."

"We have eaten at The Smith before, but this time we were slightly disappointed. Service was slow. It was a half an hour, from the time we were seated until our order was taken. We told the waiter that we had a curtain time, but it didn't seem to matter. I had the corner beef hash skillet. Eggs were overdone. Cappuccino wasn't hot. Just wasn't our best experience there."

The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambience is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

The Blue Rose Inn & Restaurant is a beautifully restored B&B and fine dining establishment. Our restaurant prides itself on being a scratch kitchen, so all of our dishes are skillfully created. The Blue Rose is a BYO restaurant.

"Had a wonderful meal this past Sunday. Short rib and chicken entrees were superb, as were the potato/leek soup and crab cake appetizers. Service was attentive without being overly so. Just a lovely meal."

Charcoal is a BYOB that boasts a modern American fare in a casual environment. We source the finest ingredients and believe in a healthy relationship with local farmers and purveyors, creating food which is thoughtful and precise. Our menu is a reflection of the season and how we feel at the moment.

"Another great meal at Charcoal on Saturday night. Beets, roasted broccoli, pastas, steak and chicken were all tasty. Some small missteps with the service that night, but overall a great time. Can't wait to go back again soon."
