He then updates these classics to create a light and sophisticated presentation more in tune with the modern American palate.<br /><br />An extensive wine list assembled by General Manager/Sommelier Krista McCracken accompanies Chef Rodriguez' menu.<br />This list features varietals from around the world with no less than 29 offerings available by the glass.<br /><br />Josef’s Table offers a truly European elegant dining experience in an elegant setting punctuated with just the slightest dash of nostalgia.<br />

"We are new to the neighborhood and our friend's recommended Josef's Table for dinner. We went with them and enjoyed our dinner very much. The service was attentive but not obtrusive. The dishes were well prepared and the menu has a wide variety of choices that could please every one. The portios are generous but not huge. We will definitely go back."

Besito (Little Kiss, in English) serves authentic Mexican food and is home to tableside guacamole and the Besito Patron Margarita. Besito serves lunch and dinner every day of the week. Food specialties include classic tortilla soup, tamales with shrimp and chipotle adobo, ceviches made daily, boneless short ribs of beef and enchiladas suizas. We serve over 60 world class tequilas in our Agave Lounge in an atmosphere of old, rustic Mexico and sophistication bringing back memories of your last Mexican vacation!

"Benito's take on Mexican food is upscale with creative and innovative dishes. The table side quacomole is well prepared and delicious. Besito offers a wide range of drinks, mostly made with tequila, that are very good. The service is attentive but not obtrusive. The only "negative" item would be the noise level. It is moderate to noisy. We highly recommend Besito if you enjoy well prepared and tasty Mexican food!"

"This is the second time we dined at Marea. Our experience this time was just as outstanding. Again, we ordered the four course price-fixed menu and it was not disappointing. Each course was fresh and well prepared, plated beautifully, served professionally, and appropriately sized. (Not too big nor too small). The wine list was excellent. The waitstaff was attentive but not obtrusive. This restaurant definitely deserves it's Two Michilin Stars! We will return again!"

"When we want a great steak dinner on Long Island, we always choose Rothmann's! The food is consistantly well prepared, the service is attentive but not obtrusive, and the wine list is extensive. The wine list offers a wide variety of choices and prices. Sean, the wine and beverage director, has done an excellent job. On our most recent visit, we tried some different dishes and we really enjoyed them. As always, we will return again and highly recommend Rothman's."
