Prepare for a dining experience unlike any other. Watch as your personal chef performs the ancient art of Teppanyaki, preparing a meal that will dazzle your eyes as well as your taste buds. Listen as razor-sharp blades slice and dice through tender steak and juicy chicken. Take in the aroma as savory vegetables, shrimp and lobster sizzle before your eyes.<br><br>Sushi appetizers can be ordered in the dining room, or visit our sushi bar, where your sushi chef will prepare fresh sashimi, maki and temaki sushi from our full sushi menu.

"We took our five year old grandson there for dinner. He had a great time! Our chef was very entertaining! The food was average and at times the service was not attentive. There was a children's menu which doubled as a Benihana chef's hat which he loved. The noise level was very loud. Our only real complaint was the cost. Benihana is not an inexpensive "family" restaurant. Many items had an additional charge including the fried rice. We had fun mainly because our grandson did! We would not recommend Benihana as a place to go unless you go with kids or a large group of friends (10) where you would fill up the entire table. It would be fun then!"

Working with local farmers since 1998. Villa Creek's Chef Tom Fundaro prepares local, organically or sustainably farmed products in rustic preparations. A local and international compilation of wines and a premium bar selection complement the fresh inspiring cuisine.<br />"It seems that practically everyone visiting Paso Robles wine country passes through Villa Creek. That's easy to understand, because this winemaker hangout serves up youthful energy, satisfying food and an exciting wine list with excellent prices." <br />Wine Spectator.

"Villa Creek has become one of our go to spots for dinner while we are visiting Paso Robles, CA. The chef is innovative and uses a lot of locally farmed and grown items to make his dishes. The restaurant is casual and the wait staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner very much. One of the items they are known for are their Duck Natchos. I ordered them this time and they are delicious. The bar part of the restaurant is very busy and energetic. Great place to go to when you are in the area. By the way, the prices are very far."

From its inviting corner location at 12th and Pine streets in charming downtown Paso Robles, Artisan captures the essence of the Paso Robles wine country on every plate. Showcasing locally grown produce and handcrafted foods, Executive Chef Chris Kobayashi finds much of the inspiration for his dishes through regular trips to the farmer’s market; he combines regional American flavors in new and innovative ways. Artisan’s menu features local and organic produce, and proteins that are wild caught or sustainably farmed with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Chef Kobayashi’s insistence on freshness and quality complements his style which allows each ingredient to shine, but not overwhelm. Designed to complement its contemporary American cuisine, Artisan’s wine list offers a balanced selection of varietals that includes many wines from California regions in small or limited distribution. The staff of Artisan kindly look forward to serving you in the near future.

"Artisan had moved to a new location since we were last there. The new location, on the "square" in Paso Robles, is really lovely. The room is a little quieter than the old place and quite a bit roomier. The food did not suffer from the move. The menu is innovative, creative, and uses many locally grown and produced items. The service is attentive but not obtrusive. Our server was friendly and helpful. We are glad we made a return visit to this outstanding local restaurant and will definitely return the next time we are in Paso."

"This was our first time at.Besito and we really enjoyed our dinner. We have been looking for a good , more upscale, Mexican restaurant in the area for a while and we finally found it! The table side prepared quacomole was delicious. Everything was well prepared, including the margaritas, and the service was excellent. We will definitely return."
