Considered one of the coolest and visually striking restaurants in the nation, Wynwood Kitchen and Bar (WKB) opened in December 2010. WKB’s innovative global-Latino cuisine, created by executive chef Miguel Aguilar, is served small plate style allowing guests the freedom to mix and match dishes to their personal taste. <br /><br />In harmony with the food, the décor provides guests with a visual feast. "We didn't know what to expect. We went on a crisp Miami day - sat outside in the sun - had a pitcher of white sangria and kept ordering things that we saw go by (for others). Each dish was extremely tasty - thoughtfully prepared - quite inspiring. And Macarena (our server) was so on top of things and informed - she was really terrific. We'll definitely return!"

"The wait staff is incredible - the best I've seen in SoBe in fact. Multiple people on their team were committed to our dining experience - so frankly we didn't feel tied to one person - they all were responsive, thoughtful and aware - perhaps due to training, small format, or just overall management - from maitre d on down - exceptional. The menu is excellent - hard to choose - the food however was the only rub in all honestly - we'd expect $60/plate Osso Bucco to be more tender versus the way it arrived dry and overcooked. The burrata mozzarella special appetizer stuffed in a tomato was small, the tomato was not ripe, and the sweet jam on top not good - really underwhelming. But we'll go back because the service, atmosphere and plenty of other things to choose on the menu!"
