"The atmosphere is great - even better when it cools down to sit outside. The service is over eager; don't spent 5 minutes walking down specialty cocktails when I plan to order a lemonade at lunch. And the food? It is lousy. It is theatrical which overcompensated for overcooked, tasteless items. Is that chicken in tomatoe sauce for real? Hockey puck chunks in ketchup if you ask me. I have tried twice - really want this place to work - but can't stomach returning until someone better comes to cook!"

Strip House Midtown at 44th Street brings all the Strip House signatures to a brand new bi-level space for lunch, dinner and private dining. Visit the new NYC location for a classic cocktail at the bar, or a full steakhouse experience. Experience the combination of charred cuts perfectly paired with decadent sides, in a siren red interior where old world glamour meets modern style and sophistication. Named a top steakhouse by Zagat and awarded four stars by Forbes, the namesake cut isn’t the only thing to marvel upon...walls are adorned with original Studio Manasse prints of 1930s burlesque stars.

"Nothing memorable. Wine list is overpriced. Guests are mostly tourists due to location - but lack of locals is telling. Service once started (20 minutes of nothing at first) was decent and thoughtful. Shrimp cocktail was a bit rubbery. Sides were overcooked and watery. Filets were cooked perfectly however. It seems to be hanging on but in such a competitive steak market, it needs to up the game."

An authentic Argentinean restaurant in the heart of South Beach. Specialize in certified Black Angus Beef at reasonable prices and a great wine selection mainly from Argentina with a friendly and professional service in a relaxed atmosphere.

Catch Miami
Catch Miami
Exactly one year after launching their flagship restaurant concept CATCH in New York’s Meatpacking District, EMM Group introduced CATCH Miami, its first outpost of the popular eatery in South Beach on Collins Avenue at The James Royal Palm. Since opening its doors in January 2013, CATCH Miami, led by Top Chef Season 3 winner, Executive Chef Hung Huynh, has enjoyed packed reservation books and rave reviews, proving CATCH’s fast-passed New York City style of dining has found itself a home amongst the people of Miami.

The nearly 4,000 square foot restaurant, fashioned between two floors and 190 seats, leaves much of the venue's landmarked, art-deco style interior intact. Upon arrival guests walk thru the 40 seat outdoor patio and into a 1,770 square foot First Floor Dining Room where the Main Bar sits in striking semblance to the hotel's original structure.
