"Went soon after opening. Beautiful room. Seemed to be a lot of waitstaff standing around. Perhaps they are working out the system. Excellent grilled calamari appetizer. Wife's main was scallops. Three scallops and risotto. Very tasty but skimpy. (Spoke to the owner about this). I had the short rib bourguignon. Beef and whipped potatoes. Both dishes were very well prepared and tasty. However, my dish could have been rounded out with a portion of a vegetable. Looking at their menu, most large plates come with one side, either frites or pommes puree. Need more creativity at this price. Owner made it clear they source top level ingredients and need to make money."
