A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

"Everything about the décor and menu says event or special occasion dining. But relaxed dining does not seem to be compatible. Our waiter was gracious and professional. However, even before our party of four had completed our entrees, the bus staff was swirling in to collect the plates. Our party was not lingering; we just weren't finished dining! We respectfully said we were not done and within five minutes, more bus staff come over to whisk away plates and cutlery. Dessert menus were thrust into our hands (mid-conversation). In just a couple of minutes the waiter was back to take our dessert orders. They really wanted to turn that table! At these prices and with this ambiance, I was not expecting the "bum's rush.""

Cecconi's is a classic Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as cicchetti (Italian tapas), seven days a week. We are located on the corner of Melrose Avenue and Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood. Join us for a meal in the main restaurant, on the terrace, or at the bar with its wood-burning oven. Have a party in the Butterfly Room with seating for up to 40 people. The Butterfly Room private hire offers intimate fine dining, a private entrance is also available. We accept reservations two weeks in advance. The bar is open daily from 11am until close, serving the full menu and cicchetti. Reservations are not accepted for the bar. Our Midnight Menu is served Thursday through Saturday from 11pm to 1am and features a selection of cicchetti and dolci.

"They have the location and the flash. But the restaurant on the inside was sloppy, both in décor and manner. I will excuse this somewhat because we were there mid-afternoon and I assume everyone on staff from lunch was tired or the evening shift was prepping somewhere. But the tables were haphazard, some set, some unset. The service was OK but not what one would expect from a "multi-star" restaurant. There is not reason to return."

From legendary chef Wolfgang Puck, his newest culinary concept, Wolfgang Puck's Pizza Bar. This charming restaurant offers a full bar and extensive menu featuring delicious pastas, salads, oven-roasted dishes and the master chef's signature pizzas. The rustic feel and moderate prices will give you a sense of ease and comfort, and with dishes that incorporate local flavors there's sure to be something for everybody. Everyone will feel right at home at Wolfgang Puck's Pizza Bar.
