Our Executive Chef works with local reputable seafood purveyors to obtain only the freshest seafood from local waters and beyond. We offer guests dozens of seafood varieties at the peak of their seasons, including Alaskan Halibut, Northwest Salmon, Hawaiian Mahi Mahi, Oregon Petrale Sole and a large selection of oysters from the United States and Canada, just to name a few. Menus are printed DAILY featuring a "Fresh List" of more than 30 seafood species. Guests may find that the seafood offered at lunch differs from dinner offerings, as fresh deliveries arrive to the restaurant throughout the day. Our service commitment fosters a "customer is always right" attitude, earning an unparalleled reputation in the hospitality and restaurant industry. "I have been here several times and always have had great experiences. The food, drinks and service are consistently excellent. The mood is relaxing which is nice in a busy casino. Our server was extremely professional."

A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

"I went here on a busy Thursday night during Villagefest. My husband and I arrived a little early so we had a drink at the very nice and very hopping bar. We were seated on time at the outdoor patio by the fountain. This is one of my favorite patios anywhere. The food and service were excellent. I will definitely be back?"

Workshop Kitchen + Bar is Palm Spring's newest gem in the heart of the Uptown Design District. <br />Located in the Class 1 Historic El Paseo building from 1926, Workshop’s Industrial chic interior gives the historic space a contemporary edge befitting the locale.<br /><br />Our kitchen is based around seasonal products from local farms, so the menu changes often. Although "Americana" may best describe the style of our food, influences are many. Favorite techniques in the kitchen include our wood-fired pizza oven, wood-fired grill, and custom sous-vide station. <br />The bar looks mostly to American classics and carefully homemade basics. "My husband and I came here on a Tuesday evening in April. The place was packed. You definitely need a reservation. The space is very cool- ultra modern even by Palms Springs standards. We loves the hand made craft cocktails and the farm to table menu. There are booths and a large communal table. We requested (in advance) and received a booth. The booth is definitely best for couples. The communal table had larger groups and groups with children."

<br />Pamir is the name of a mountainous area in Central Asia mainly in Afghanistan once along the route of Marco Polo’s Silk Road and also inhabited by descendants of Alexander the Great’s troops. <br /><br />The region’s cuisine was fortunate to inherit many exotic spices and flavors of Central Asia and its surrounding countries with influence from the Far East, Middle East, Mediterranean and Russia. <br /><br />Pamir Restaurant was originally opened in NYC in 1979 and has maintained the same family ownership and great recipes. <br /><br />Enjoy a taste of our history! <br /><br />

"This is one of the best restaurants in Morristown! The Afghan food is consistent excellent, the owners are very friendly and personable and the service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided."

"This restaurant is a great addition to the Morristown restaurant scene. Food is small plates style. Everything was excellent. Nice wine list with reasonable bottle choices. The bar here is always busy. As everywhere in Morristown, parking is challenging. If you come at night the best place to park is at the train station."

"My husband and I had a very enjoyable meal here last night. They have a nice wine by the glass option of getting a glass and a half which is usually perfect for me. The Guacamole with house made chips was an excellent appetizer. The crab cake appetizer and duck breast entree were very good. You also must buy some of their famous baked goods on your way out!"
