"The food was very good as one would expect from a michelin rated restaurant. The service was also good though not great. I had the yam salad and it was amazing though not what I expected (couldn't really see any yams but I couldn't have cared less). The entree - salmon - was good, well prepared but not remarkable. The dessert was the star. An unusual cheesecake with passion fruit ice cream. I can't do it justice so I'll just say it was yummy."

The main dining room offers a lively bar/dining area and the more serene carpeted dining room offers a more private setting as well as a sushi bar and a glass sushi table, both reserved for reservation or drop-in guests. Chaya Brasserie is known for top quality Sushi, innovative cuisine, stunning design, and superb service.

"Had the Rib Eye steak and it was good - nothing overly memorable but solid. The drinks were great. We had a very good server and we were treated well. I had the sour cream ice cream for dessert which was tasty. Beautiful view, good energy."

Our pastas and desserts are made fresh on a daily basis. 54 Mint is also a retail store where you can purchase, for a simple gift or for your own need, a variety of imported products such as extra virgin olive oil from Umbria, balsamic vinegars, cheese, spices, wines and much more...Our bar will remain open until midnight offering an extended variety of cocktails and high-end imported and local spirits as well as a late-night menu of small bites.
