The food at Wild Ginger spans the Pacific Rim from China to Indonesia. We pride ourselves on offering traditional dishes from these distinctive regions and insist on house-made ingredients. Chefs make spicy chili sambals, fresh coconut milk, delicate egg noodles, and our pungent oyster sauce all from scratch. To achieve the sublime flavors of the East, there is no substitute for the time-honored customs of these rich and ancient cultures.<br />*reservations for parties of 7 or more, please give us a call at 206-623-4450.

"Excellent asian food. We sampled many dishes and all were terrific, especially the thai noodles, lamb chops, duck and barbecued prawns. Our waitress was very helpful with navigating the menu and determining quantities. Our only caveats are the pricey wine list and uninspiring desserts. Highly recommend this restaurant."

"We were vacationing in the northwest and our last dinner was at Elliot's. Everything was perfectly cooked and the oysters were super-fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very large and noisy, almost raucous. Fortunately, we were given a very nice booth in the "quieter" section of the restaurant and could savor our dinner and conversation. The accolades are well-deserved but many tables are uncomfortable."

The Spiegeltent is the SummerScape festival's oasis, a place to enjoy seasonal, local food and drink before and after performances. A variety of musicians serenade diners on Friday and Saturday evenings, while the lovely outdoor garden provides the perfect spot to relax in the company of friends and festival artists long after the curtain comes down.
