Benoit New York is the third member of Alain Ducasse’s Benoit family – which also includes the bistro in Paris since 1912, Benoit Tokyo. Benoit New York echoes the original bistro in Paris and represents an opportunity for Chef Ducasse to recreate a unique bistro experience within a dynamic urban environment while still preserving the tradition of Benoit Paris. The restaurant & bar offer a menu of classic French bistro cuisine at lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
