Located in a historic 1895 building this casual Italian eatery brings a bit of "little Italy" to Colorado Springs. We offer many classic Italian dishes such as lasagna, veal marsala and Tutto di Mare as well as Chef Franco’s original fare.

"We continue to return to Paravicinis whenever we are in the Colorado Springs area. Every meal we have ever had is wonderful. Very friendly waitstaff. They always accommodate my dietary needs. But they do forewarn that celiacs cannot be accommodated in their kitchen. We will be back."

Bringing wonderful dishes from the Mediterranean to a Colorado Springs Restaurant, Caspian Café is sure to please the palate with amazing flavors prepared by Chef Daniel White. Dishes represent the full range of the Mediterranean from French and Greek Classics such as Steak Nicoise and Gyros to Middle Eastern Dishes such as Falafel and Shish Taouk. Full service bar and private dining area available for banquets. Evening reservations recommended.

"Caspians is a wonderful find, right off of I-25, with easy access. The different Mediterranean flavors in the variety of dishes was extensive. There is something for everyone at a great price range. We had the tilapia Fennel Tagine which was very herb oriented with potatoes. If you want a pop of flavors this one fits the request. The other dish was the Moroccan roast chicken which was a nice subtle flavor of sweetness and light spice. Our waitstaff was very attentive and friendly in the quaint dining room. The wine list was from all parts of the world. We look forward to our next visit."

"We visit Colorado Springs yearly and always visit Paravicinis one night, as we can count on a great meal. It is always very busy and they handle everyone with ease. I have a dairy and gluten intolerance which isn't a problem to accommodate and not compromise the flavors of the meal. Our unique appetizer of the Hot Pots is very unusual with fried potatoes, spicy sausage and hot peppers was outrageous. The Chicken Pizziola was very nice and flavorful with the best risotto I've tasted non-dairy. We will be back again, as we never tire of the vast and creative menu. Parking is very easy also. The interior is so charming to add to our experience."
