Open for Lunch, Dinner & Brunch. We opened our doors on March 22nd, 2011 with the intention of treating tacos with a high level of respect and serving them in a fun environment.  Which is how I believe tacos should be enjoyed. We designed the menu with the idea that most ingredients worth eating can benefit further by being placed atop a well-made tortilla. We push our kitchen team to explore the ubiquitous flavors that we all love about Mexican cooking in this country as well as the less obvious ones that we all should love. Empellon's approach to cuisine is informed by authenticity but is not limited by it. <br />

"Stumbled on this while wandering in the Village. Loved the unusual selection of tacos and the fabulous service...Ask for Coco. She is a gem."

Jedediah Hawkins, housed in the majestically restored 1863 home of Captain Jedediah Hawkins, is quickly becoming the crown jewel in the North Fork’s dining scene. Recognizing that the purity of flavor derives from the ripest, most seasonal ingredients, guests can expect an ever evolving menu that places its emphasis upon local and sustainably grown ingredients.

"I have been meaning to go to this restaurant for ages but was put off by the long drive from western Suffolk. Bit it is well worth it and even better of you can spare the time to stay in the area. I had the burrata which was served with apricot chutney and the celery root gnocchi. Both were fresh and fabulous. My boyfriend tried the duck wings which are worth their reputation...have them!"
