Welcome to our Ristorante! <br /><br />Our menu is based on classic dishes that we experienced in people"s homes in Italy. <br />Some are family recipes and others we learned by cooking with friends back home in Roma.<br /><br />This menu is structured for either a classic or family style "tasting" dining experience, depending on what mood you're in! No matter which way you dine we do encourage you to share and to try each other's dishes.<br /> <br />I hope you enjoy the simple ingredient combinations and taste the spirit of Rome in Chicago. Always remember that if you've had something here before and you don't see it on the menu, just ask. Balena is first collobaration between Boka Restaurant Group and The Bristol Group. Led by Execeutive Chef/Partner Chris Pandel, the restaurant serves what he calls "Honest, Italian cooking." Balena's many accolades include Best New Restaurants in America by Gayot and Bon Appetit, 3 stars by the Chicago Tribune, and a James Beard semi-fnailist position for Best New Rstaurant at the James Beard Awards.

At Untitled you engage in an exclusive, yet warm and welcoming total dining experience. Executive Chef Joseph Heppe's homage to favorites from the supper clubs of the early 20th Century features imaginative creations highlighted in small plates using hand-selected, sustainable ingredients.The extensive whisky list features over 470 American varieties, as well as craft cocktails and beers, and wines from around the globe. Untitled also headlines live entertainment that focuses on American rooted genres like jazz, western swing, soul, jump blues, and others performed 5 nights a week.

Rustic Southern Italian Cuisine features plenty of natural ingredients from the four basic food groups. Here at Via Carducci we use only fresh ingredients to insure the best possible quality. We feature regional Italian wines that best complement the cuisine of Southern Italy. Since we cannot take you back to Calabria, we have brought a little of Calabria to you.

As a gastro-lounge, Sable Kitchen & Bar will do for hand-crafted cocktails, spirits and wine what the gastro-pub has done for beer: pairing seasonally-inspired cuisine with an artfully designed cocktail, spirits and wine program. Sable’s menu fuses traditional cooking techniques with a modern flair that seeks to highlight the harmony between cocktails, spirits, wine and cuisine. The bar menu will focus on snacks, medium sized plates and brick oven flatbreads while the dinner menu combines small, medium and large plates to encourage sampling and sharing. With a commitment to working with independent Midwest farmers and purveyors, the menu will draw inspiration from local and organic ingredients—everything from seasonal produce to free-range meats and sustainable seafood.
