Holsteins is an exciting burger concept from Las Vegas restaurateurs Billy Richardson, and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer of Block 16 Hospitality. This concept was tailor-made for The Cosmopolitan with an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients. Holsteins brings better burgers and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. The menu features specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items are custom crafted in-house, creating burgers unlike any other. Put an adult spin on the traditional shake with a “Bamboozled Shake”, unique flavors infused with premium liqueurs and spirits.

Upon opening in September 2009, Bibiana instantly became one of Washington’s most popular hot spots.
Nick Stefanelli’s regional Italian fare features a variety of well executed small plates, antipasti and standouts including his whole roasted fish.
His cuisine helped earn Bibiana a glowing review and two-and-a-half stars from food critic Tom Sietsema of The Washington Post, and four stars from DC Modern Luxury critics. It also secured a place on Washingtonian’s list of the top one hundred restaurants in the nation’s capital. In June 2010 Bibiana was a finalist for “Best New Restaurant” and Nick Stefanelli won the “Rising Star Chef” from The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. In October 2010, Stefanelli was also announced as the winner of StarChefs.com “Rising Star” award and Bibiana was named to Esquire’s exclusive list of 20 “Best New Restaurants 2010.”

This grand Victorian saloon is on two levels, with four distinctive bars, including an oyster bar, and six dining rooms. Open for dinner til late in the evening, it is the perfect spot before or after a Verizon Center event, movie or the theatre, and is open for lunch and dinner daily, as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch.

"You can always count on Clydes for a good meal. The service, however, was very slow. Everything from the seating (they ask you to check in on the bottom floor and then they send you to the top floor where you have to check in again); and they always act as if they cannot find reservation. Finally, we were seated, but it took the waitress a while to appear. Once our food was delivered, we did not see her for quite a while and waited over 10 minutes to get our check. I was out for a work lunch, so this was extremely inconvenient."

"I had been to Masa14 once before about a year ago. I had remembered the food being a lot better. Walked in and their were two drunks lingering at the hostess desk. She did nothing to move them on their way. Finally, we were seated. The waitress stopped by with menus after sometime, but then disappeared (from entire restaurant) for about 10-15 minutes. She was nowhere to be seen. I wish we had left then. When the food finally came, it was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. Was a disappointment since I was hoping to show a friend from out of town a nice time."
