"Been here many times and the food and service is always very good. The reason for 4 stars on the food is because my salmon was a little dry but other than that, everything else was wonderful. Dan our server was excellent in being very attentive but not intrusive. Pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable which made the dining experience wonderful. Great patio views."

Seasonal & Delicious.

With Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett and restaurateur Paul Fleming have realized a long-nurtured dream to create the restaurant "we've always wished was in our neighborhood."

At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin's aims to serve diners the best ingredients with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced produce, the best of both wild and farmed fish, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors. The deep California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State's vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris or a Washington dry Riesling. Behind Paul Martin's elegantly rustic bar is an interesting array of craft beer and spirited cocktails with fresh garnishes. Good times and thoughtful food are a way of life at Paul Martin's American Grill.

"Been here several times and have really like the food, service & ambience. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because the food we ordered was not available and it was only 5:30pm. Disappointing to say the least. The alternate dish I received was not very appetizing and disappointing. Will definitely give the place another try as we have enjoyed our visits in the past."

In the early 60s Palm Springs’ Purple Room at Club Trinidad became the sweet spot of the swinging supper club scene. Cats like Frank and Dino hung with their pals to eat, drink play. The Purple Room re-opens with its pedigree legacy in mind. We embrace the style, the carefree and creative spirit of that era. With a nod to its history, we will be making history of our own. We are one of two original Rat Pack hang outs left in the desert today. We have brought back the style and class of the purple room, offering quality entertainment for the desert. Like our big brother,TRIO Restaurant, it’s a local favorite a place where you can come in feel at home.

Celebrity sightings. You never know who will be at the PR, so we ask that you allow our guests to enjoy themselves.

What happens at The Purple Room … Stays at The Purple Room.

It’s where Palm Springs Plays!

Ask a local where to find unique food & wines in a fun, unpretentious setting and there's a good chance Cowboy Ciao will be near the top of the list. And why not? Bold flavors, a massive wine list, whimsical decor and friendly, personalized service are a few of the reasons to love this small, independent hot spot. Try the legendary Stetson Chopped Salad or Exotic Mushroom Pan Fry with a Bay To Breakers, your favorite syrah, or a bargain bottle of malbec from South America. Save room for pastry chef Country Velador's memorable desserts! Lunch & dinner daily, Sunday Brunch dishes. A Valley favorite since 1997, this Modern American eatery has two siblings literally next door -- FnB (seasonal, local, often organic & sustainable, all-Arizona wine list); Kazimierz World Wine Bar (wines galore, global grazing, live entertainment every night of the week).

"Had a very pleasant dining experience. They had some very interesting cocktails which definitely piqued our interest. We were not disappointed. The food was very well prepared and delicious. The scallops were tender, melt in your mouth delicious. The steak was done perfectly. Service was top notch and sitting at a table for two by the large window overlooking the hustle and bustle of the area was very entertaining. Would recommend and would definitely go back."

"First timers and what an experience. Very bold, flavorful southwestern cuisine. Not spicy but definitely bursting with flavor. Tried the restaurant week menu items and was not disappointed. Tasteful decor, comfortable seating and top notch service. We had Brian who was very knowledgeable, personable and attentive without being intrusive in the least. Our glasses were always topped off and empty plates cleared very expeditiously without making us feel rushed by the other very pleasant, efficient staff. We are definitely looking forward to going back and sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking the scenic expanse of lush greens and water. Unfortunately, due to a private party that area was not available."

"Had not heard of this restaurant until I saw it on the restaurant week list. Decided to give it a try. What a great find. Delicious food with pretty large portions. Wonderful views off the patio. The dining room is well appointed and has a lot of charm. The service was impeccable and all wait staff (Branko, Chelsea & another server whose name we unfortunately did not catch) we encountered were pleasant, engaging and personable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back. It also sounds like they have some awesome Thursday and Saturday specials too."
