Cara Mia restaurant is a neighborhood treasure in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan. Minutes from Times Square, locals and tourists alike flock to this Italian trattoria which features delicious homemade pastas, fresh meats and seafood, as well as an extensive wine list. Cara Mia's cozy and intimate atmosphere are the perfect location for a romantic dinner.

"I happened upon this restaurant during a last minute search to have dinner before going to a play. I was surprised I was able to get a reservation as everything is the area was booked. The host was very nice and sat me immediately. Within 10-15 minutes the place was completely full. We had the calamari and a special appetizer of fresh mozzarella, peppers, prosciutto and bruschetta. The special app was really good. It was very fresh, large in portion to share. The calamari was good but nothing special. I had the chicken parm w spaghetti which was good. Extremely large portion. I even shared with my friend and still had food to take home. My friend had the stuffed chicken w asparagus which was very nice. Would definitely come again."

Chef Marc Murphy and his wife, Pamela Schein Murphy, bring their downtown neighborhood bistro uptown to the Time Warner Center. Landmarc offers contemporary bistro dishes as well as a famously well-priced wine list. <br />

"You can never go wrong with Landmarc. Haven't been here in over a year for brunch however it didn't disappoint. Chose restaurant as we were going to Rockefeller Center to see tree after. Made reservation for 1:30 and ended up being 30 minutes late which was not an issue. They had table set and waiting which we appreciated. I shared the Pain Perdu, which was delicious, and an omelette, also delicious. I was with friends who have never been here before and everyone loved the food, ambience and location. We ate, drank and we merry. They didn't rush us and continued to ensure we had what we needed. Make sure to request the complimentary cotton candy for dessert."
