Quality Meats is a contemporary restaurant that serves a rustic New American menu.
The varied menu focuses on modern interpretations of classic dishes such as Traditional Steak Tartare, Caesar Salad and Roasted Bone Marrow, in addition to several cuts of beef from legendary New York butchers Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.
The restaurant's side dishes alone merit a trip with innovative house specialties, including Corn Crème Brulee, Gnocchi and Cheese and Edamame with Mint Salt. The Quality Meats chefs are Craig Koketsu (Lespinasse, Stars) as executive chef and Cory Colton (Lespinasse, St.Regis) on pastry. The restaurant has a warm industrial atmosphere, created by award-winning AvroKO and features intimate dining areas, a comfortable bar area with well-stocked charcuterie bar.

"Selected Quality Meats after eating there a year ago with some office colleagues. Met a group of friends for a "goodbye dinner" (one of the couples is moving to Asia). We had an amazing meal. The service was incredible and the food was delicious A really fun night, and a place worth visiting if you're near Central Park South or Midtown West."

Located in the heart of Midtown, our restaurant serves authentic French Provencal cuisine in a casual bistro setting. Our carefully crafted menu, extensive wine selection, impeccable service, and elegant, yet cozy, atmosphere brings the best of Provence to your dining experience.

"Great place to grab a business lunch, meet with a large group of friends or professional colleagues, or to grab a bite to eat before a show.
The food is tasty and the staff is super-friendly. I've been many times, and plan to return often."

Chef Luke Wallace prepares seasonal inspired dishes at Tom Colicchio’s casual Flatiron restaurant. The menu features a wide variety of small & large plates from Snacks, House-Made Charcuterie, Salumi, Artisanal Cheeses, Salads as well as Handmade Pastas, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The rustic and comfortable dining room lends itself to a quick lunch where guests can try our Croque Monsieur, a full dinner of Choucroute Garnie and Ricotta Ravioli, or a snack of Pecorino Arancini and East Coast Oysters. We are also serving a soul-satisfying brunch with dishes like Pork Scrapple & Eggs and our Applewood Smoked Salmon prepared in-house. Be sure to save room for Pastry Chef, Abby Swain’s creations including her take on the S’mores Tart.

"Had a nice time @ Craftbar this past weekend. Went on a Friday night and enjoyed 3 hours of good food and conversation with some friends I hadn't seen in a long time. The service was great and the food was tasty."
