Boston's most exciting & comprehensive wine list cannot be found at a steakhouse or hotel; it is at Troquet, where cutting-edge cuisine & a killer view of the Boston Common act as accompaniments to an evening guaranteed to fulfill any wine connoisseur's fantasies. Please allow a minimum of two hours for dinner.

"terrific service, interesting/varied menu, very nice food preparation and great presentation made for another great experience at Troquet. while the setting is a bit odd (tiny bar and long, narrow restaurant area with odd downstairs set-up), the food more than makes up for it. and on this particular night, Justina - the bartender downstairs - made up for the odd setting: she was engaging, energetic and is probably the best looking bartender in Boston. not intending to be inappropriate; just sayin'..."

Market Grille is a casual restaurant highlighting the best domestic American products and cuisine. The extensive menu features a variety of small plates, burgers, and entrees that offer a modern twist on traditional, comfort cuisine. All of the ingredients and products utilized are locally-sourced and domestically-grown. The full bar features a large selection of American spirits including artisan vodkas, small batch bourbons, craft whiskeys, and house-made infusions. The bar also features over 30 wines by the glass and a broad selection of local, craft brews including 12 on draft. The atmosphere is a welcoming blend of modern elements and traditional American comfort. There is a large bar and outdoor patio that both feature an incredible view of the Hartford skyline and Farmington Valley. Join us to see what happens when casual, comfort goes gourmet.

"not bad or inedible, but dull, unremarkable bar food. most everything was over-sauced/dressed (e.g., salads and spicy shrimp), and nothing was memorable. just another typical bar food joint that should stick to serving drinks or take some pride in itself by putting out some quality food. to be fair, our server was friendly and attentive, and did everything she could to make the experience a good one."

Pinzimini provides the guest with an experience of dining in a modern, energetic atmosphere while enjoying a menu featuring a variety of high-quality grilled meats, exceptional salads, and simple pastas containing accents of Tuscan-style cuisine. All meals begin with our signature Pinzimini Bread Service, which is an old Italian ritual where extra virgin olive oil is infused with rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic and/or sea salt, and is served with fresh, crusty bread for dipping. The other signature items at Pinzimini are the Antipasti Bar which allow guests to choose from a variety of vegetarian items, seafood salads, and cured meats, brick oven pizzas and handmade pasta.

"dull resort decor and spotty service offset by surprisingly good food, from bread & salad through nice pesto pasta dish. pretty good for resort food."

"my wife and another couple raved about their fish selections, but mine was overwhlemed by lemon and side veggies were mush. on top of which, server completely mixed up my salad order. at these prices (top 10% in Boston in terms of pricing, easily), i expect near perfection, which certainly was not my experience. a # of other great Boston restaurants with lower price points and superior food preparation."

"but it is, so i go. consistently good food counterbalanced by a crowded, lack-of-privacy setting and servers who act like it's their first day in a server role make for a frustrating slow experience. because of it's central location, it's convenient; that's the best thing this place has going for it."

*Please note, Fearing's Restaurant will not be participating in the 2014 Restaurant Week.
Fearing’s Restaurant is located within The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood. The restaurant has received countless accolades since opening, including being recognized as No. 1 in Hotel Dining by the Zagat U.S. Hotels, Resorts, and Spas Survey. Its continued recognition can largely be attributed to the lively personality and flavorful menus of its creator - Chef Dean Fearing. With his “Elevated American Cuisine – Bold Flavors, No Borders”, Fearing has created an indoor/outdoor culinary experience that is like no other in Dallas. The bold flavors of Fearing’s can be savored in specialties such as the Tortilla Soup, Barbecued Shrimp Taco and Maple-Black Peppercorn Soaked Buffalo Tenderloin. An array of rare premium tequilas, Dean’s Margaritas, and nearly 6,000 bottles of boutique and rare-vintage wines can be enjoyed within the restaurant and it's lively Rattlesnake Bar.

"distracted wait staff, loud setting with whining kids everywhere, high prices, overly-seasoned food and a menu that is WAY over-the-top complications-wise made for a "we'll never make this mistake again" experience. this place has the bones of a great restaurant, but the execution is just plain weak."

A tribute to the old world European boucheries, The Butcher Shop is both a neighborhood wine bar and a full service butcher shop. Inspired by Chef Barbara Lynch’s travels throughout France and Italy, The Butcher Shop is the perfect place to have a glass of wine along with a small bite or linger over a meal. In the back, glass-front refrigerated cases are stocked with links of our very own sausages and hot dogs, jars of rich demi-glace, slabs of foie gras, and exquisitely marbled cuts of local beef, along with freshly prepared dishes from our kitchen.

"wonderful vibe and terrific wait staff. cheese, salad and soup were great, but gnocchi tasty far too fatty (the pork fat overwhelmed the dish) and a very bland, slightly overcooked pumpkin cheesecake. we go to the Butcher Shop regularly and this was unusual: everything is usually great (once you get past the prices relative to the small portion sizes), but we had an uneven experience this time. regardless, we'll be back, as it's still our favorite casual restaurant in Boston, bar none."

One of Chicago’s finest dining experiences awaits you in this elegant town home setting that balances formality and friendliness. Your dinner may be paired with fine wines, as uncommon ingredients come together in perfect harmony. In operation since 1978, Les Nomades remains true to its distinctive character as an oasis of civilized tranquility amidst the bustling activity of its Streeterville location. Culinary creations delight the most discriminating palates. Savor Sautéed Foie Gras, or Lobster Ravioli with seared scallops; Roasted Breast and Confit Leg of Duck, or Duo of Roasted Partridge and Bison. Artisan cheeses are extraordinary and the pastries are sublime.
Please keep in mind that proper attire is required including a jacket for gentlemen.
"terrific menu, execution and plating. absolutely 5 stars. but servers were 'stiff' and setting reminded me of my grandmother's sitting room. if that's their target demographic, then the place is a home run. but it seemed very tired and dated to a couple of 40-somethings. too bad, because again, food was superb."
