Clydz is a lively New Brunswick destination with a subterranean atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1920's speakeasy. The freshly rose-petaled entrance is a prelude to a truly unique dining experience. At Clydz, the fare is anything but ordinary. The menu is comprised of "exotic" Contemporary American Cuisine, showcasing items such as kangaroo, ostrich, wild boar and python. Traditional favorites such as filet Mignon, scallops and duck are well worth the visit.

The cuisine is not the only element that sets Clydz apart from the rest. The trendy bar, enhanced by fish tanks and fireplaces, offers an extensive and adventurous martini and cocktail selection. Clydz own “private label” vodka was introduced fall ’11 with great success.

When making a reservation please keep in mind, tables will only be held 15 minutes past the reservation time. Due to high volume during dinner, an $18 food minimum per person is required. Reservations for cocktails only are not accepted.

"The use top notch ingredients, and I am happy with the portions not being huge like some restaurants. Definitely quality over quantity. I had the duck with a savory black truffle bread pudding that was amazing. I wish their support staff just looked a little happier to be there."

A captivating blend of rustic cabin and city chic, Stone House at Stirling Ridge is the newest venture of Landmark Hospitality. Stone House is an expansive restaurant and special events facility nestled in the hills of the Watchung Mountains that offers spectacular views of the scenic countryside. From the distressed steel, glass-enclosed two-story wine tower, and wood-burning fireplace, this artfully designed space sets an elegant yet decidedly cozy ambiance. Enjoy exquisite cuisine, professional staff, and an extensive wine list.

Starting 11/05/12 due to Hurricane Sandy
Stone House Restaurant has power and we are open. "I went there for brunch with my girlfriend to try something new. The food was good, the service was very attentive, at least two other people other than my server came to my table to refill water, clear dishes and offer another round of drinks, which by the way were very good. I have some cocktail with gin and cassis that was great and out of the ordinary. A little bit pricey, but expected for the type of place and location. I didn't not have any problem with food or service and it looked that neither any of the patrons dinning at that moment. It was a nice thing to made it on time to enjoyed the band playing when we arrived. I will try it for dinner next time."
