THE HEATH serves a classically inspired modern take on American and English cuisine in an elegant railway station. The Heath features live Jazz ensemble seven nights a week for dinner and the MCKITTRICK HOTEL'S house band, HEATHENS on weekend late nights.

"Had a terrific evening at The Heath. It's a place for great cocktails, delicious food, and possibly some special adventures. I was dining by myself and the staff was incredibly friendly. John and Elizabeth Lindsay, the two "owners" spent a bit of time with me engaging me in conversation which I really appreciated. I started with the Granite Punch and Quail Skewers. Then followed up with the Scallop Special (with fiddle ferns) and scrumptious banoffee pie for dessert. Actually, I had two desserts because amazingly, I won the Lottery that night. The vibrant bar also looks like a great place to just hang out. I followed dinner with a late night visit to The McKittrick Hotel and it made for an incredible evening! Will return soon."
