Under the direction of renowned chef José Andrés, America Eats Tavern pays tribute to the country’s culinary legacy with a sophisticated menu reflecting native ingredients and classic dishes throughout history. Here you’ll find traditional variations of soups and salads, sandwiches, seafood and meats, as well as innovative creations by José and his team. An expansive seafood bar, variety of oyster dishes and selection of local hams reflect local and historical roots to complement the menu's seasonal offerings. A drink menu traces the evolution of the cocktail in America throughout a range of eras, while the wine list highlights local and remarkable vineyards and producers throughout the nation. America Eats Tavern’s patriotic and stylishly artistic setting within The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner is the perfect setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and serves as the ideal gathering place for and around the Northern Virginia and the Washington area.

"Tried it for restaurant week-- first courses salad and "canned" salmon excellent, main course soft shell crab sandwich underwhelming.... Superb "American" chocolate cake-- from a non-fan of cake for dessert. That said, far too loud to truly converse comfortably with my companion (we are both north of 50).. and the staff could benefit from more training."

A classic American grill with a warm and inviting neighborhood feel, serving approachable and healthy comfort food. The relaxed setting offers casual, yet sophisticated dining with a menu that highlights regional and seasonal ingredients.

An extensive wine-by-the-glass and craft brew selection is also featured— and we have no corkage fee.

Come join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night snacks and drinks (we’re open until 12am midnight!)

Parking is plentiful, free and easy.

"We hosted two elderly relatives for Sunday brunch recently in the beautiful courtyard. The food was mediocre-- how average can eggs & toast be...although father enjoyed his salad. We had to search down help for pepper, more coffee, iced tea, request everything except water which was kept filled. each element of what should be routine was not. Staff were pleasant-- perhaps not enough or training issue."

"After some mixed experiences last year, returned with a friend to all round excellent dinner, delicate, individually distinct dishes, more attentive staff... and even a visit from the owner (perhaps his presence a factor in the elevation of food and service quality). We will return soon."

701 is a modern American restaurant with exquisite food framed by an elegant decor. Join us in our bar & lounge for our signature cocktails and small plates or dine with us in our sumptuous dining room. During the spring & summer, our patio is tucked onto the Navy Memorial plaza, with splashing fountains providing a very Parisian feel.

We offer pre-theater menus if you are going to a show, light fare in the lounge, and lunch at the bar specials for those tight on time. Our lunch menu is a favorite among business clientele; dinner is perfect for a special occasion or simply a special night out.

Domenico Cornacchia, chef/proprietor of Assaggi Osteria, taps into ages of ancestral Italian cooking each time he steps into his kitchen and brings a rich love of the cuisine that he so skillfully nurtured through the years. “Assaggi means tastings in Italian,” explains Domenico, “The concept of my menu is based on a variety of items that may be ordered in smaller portions.” Before deciding to pursue his dream of operating his own restaurant, Domenico was corporate executive chef and partner at Café Milano, for more than 15 years. His culinary umbrella also covered Café Milano’s two sister restaurants, Sette Bello in Clarendon, VA., and Sette Osteria in Dupont Circle. For those who love Italian cuisine, Assaggi Osteria features homemade pasta’s, fresh seafood, veal and scrumptious beef. Assaggi Osteria sources whole fresh fish from worldwide sustainable sources, offering the finest bounty the sea has to offer. Produce is purchased from Amish farms and all desserts are homemade.

"Recent Monday evening dinner -- four of us ordered very different dishes.. ranging from burrata (superb) to pasta, bass, veal -- All were pleased with the delicate, distinctive flavors, freshness of all the vegetables, reasonably priced, good choices of Italian ( and other wines), quiet so that we could talk---- overall excellent experience."
