Arucola, a rustic Italian restaurant which is nestled in the heart of Chevy Chase , DC has become a neighborhood favorite. Offering an authentic Italian experience to patrons on every visit, from the homemade pasta and breads to the wood burning pizza oven, and even the décor, you will feel as if you have just traveled to Italy . The menu changes daily, offering diners a fresh selection of pastas, meat and fish. Arucola also offers a selection of wood burning oven pizzas, variety of salads including our namesake Arucola, and an array of daily appetizers which include a selection from the marinated antipasto trolley, to daily creations.

For well over a century, Durgin-Park has catered to the hearty appetites of straw-hatted, white-aproned market men and local characters. Today it hosts visiting celebrities, business men and women, students, and tourists from every part of the globe. While the origin of Durgin-Park goes back to Revolutionary days, the era of fame for its chowders, Indian puddings, apple pan dowdy, johnny cake, and New England boiled dinners started some 130 years ago when John Durgin, in partnership with Eldridge Park, a livery man, and John G. Chandler, a dry goods merchant, took over. The theme followed to this day was decided upon then by these old Yankees, that the best advertising is plenty of food on the table.

"A local institution that has been around for decades in the heart of Faneuil Market area.
Raw bar and grilled food are good. Avoid the fried foods as a bit greasy.
Prices a bit high for what it is. The service was very good and very friendly. Portions are generous."

"I found the food at Genaro's good, but nothing to write home about and certainly not of the level I was expecting. Service was a bit slow, but attentive and eventually picked up. A good meal, but would try somewhere else next time."

DC Coast is the flagship restaurant of David Wizenberg, Gus DiMillo, and Chef Jeff Tunks, proprietors of Passion Food Hospitality. Located in DC's first Art Deco building, DC Coast strives to redefine classic cuisine and spirits. Chef Miles Vaden puts his own creative twist on the tri-coastal cuisine that has made DC Coast a popular dining spot for the last 15 years while bartender Lauren Lowe mixes up classic Prohibition Era cocktails with her own modern flavor. In addition to the regular menu, DC Coast offers a new tasting menu each month, featuring the cuisine and wine of a different coast from around the world.
