Peggy's Reviews

"With more than 45 years of distinctive culinary experience, I am convinced that success comes down to this: One restaurant, in one location, serving the highest quality cuisine, the best service and a friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy it." The experience of opening more than 19 restaurants and hotels (including five original Alfredo's of Rome in the United States) have earned Mr. Christini significant recognition in restaurant business in the US. He has been the recipient of the most prestigious awards such as the Fine Dining Hall of Fame Award and the Ivy Award along with many others. Christini's impeccable reputation has drawn celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world. The music, the aromas, the charm, a rose for each lady and the epicurean old world delights come together to make a memory that you will want to repeat again and again.

Please no infants or toddlers.

"We try to include a visit to Christine's whenever we go to Orlando. Haven't been in a few years, but got to go this past Tuesday. Glad to say it is still awesome. Classic Italian menu. Someone is at the door (outside) to welcome you and open the door for your party. We were welcomed again by others when we got inside. I think we actually had 5 different servers at our table. One took orders, one filled water glasses, one brought the food, one cleaned and the somolier (sp?) visited us to recommend a new white wine, which we had and it was wonderful. We had a nice chat with him a couple of times during the evening and he topped off the night by sending us (3 generations of ladies) complimentary limoncellos, made in-house. Love that they still have the accordian player, who can (and did) play everything from Disney to Puccini. AND...they still bring every lady a long-stemmed red rose at the end of your meal!! Love this place."
