Park Avenue Tavern features Chef Jeffrey Forrest serving traditional American cuisine with a contemporary twist. Our menu and decor is designed to provide our guests with an experience that is reminiscent of New York City's past, paired with modern day amenities.

Manzanilla
Manzanilla
Contemporary Spanish cuisine by Dani Garcia

From the New York Times: "Yann de Rochefort, the owner of the Boqueria tapas bars, has joined with Dani Garcia, a Michelin two-star chef who owns Calima in Marbella, Spain, to create this spacious brasserie-style Spanish restaurant. It has an open kitchen and a look — a zigzag-pattern stone floor and wooden latticework — that channels the decorative motifs of Andalusia, in southern Spain. There’s tomato tartare, smoked octopus, pork belly on brioche, black rice with seafood, suckling pig and a deep list of sherries." - Florence Fabricant

"Nice old school Italian; always appreciated when gluten-free options are available."

"Always reliably good food, very fresh ingredients. My only complaint is during weekday evenings it has a very busy bar crowd so dining conversation is very challenging."

"First time eating here; we were a little slow in selecting our wine; at first the service staff was all over us, then once they realized we were taking our time they backed off and were in attentive for the rest if iur meal. Entrees came w/ out the side dish we ordered ; 10 mins later when we got the server's attention she apologized, went to get it and it was served another 10 minutes later. For the steep price tag we expect better service. Also the crowd -- mostly French- speaking tourists ."

Morimoto is the New York City interpretation of Executive Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s namesake Philadelphia restaurant that is co-owned with restaurateur Stephen Starr. Designed by world renowned architect Tadao Ando, the restaurant’s entrance features the world’s largest Japanese Noren curtain set against a massive façade of austere steel. Inside is an extraordinary open kitchen surrounded by a 24-seat sushi bar where diners can watch Morimoto and his chefs at work. On every level of the restaurant guests enjoy the elaborate menu where East meets West. Glass partitions create a private atmosphere between tables and a wall made of 17,000 spring water bottles add a touch of New York drama to this tranquil atmosphere. Guests have the option to dine on the top floor or congregate in the lower lounge for cocktails and snacks.

Chef Marc Murphy and his wife, Pamela Schein Murphy, bring their downtown neighborhood bistro uptown to the Time Warner Center. Landmarc offers contemporary bistro dishes as well as a famously well-priced wine list.
