312 Chicago proudly supports the Green City Market and local farms dedicated to community-based sustainable agriculture, organic farming and naturally raised livestock. Our chefs serve contemporary and traditional Italian dishes using seasonal, locally grown ingredients. Our extensive wine collection, featuring more than 200 American and Italian wines, is displayed throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms. At the bar, enjoy superb spirits and wines by the glass representing a duality of American and Italian varietals.

312 Chicago is centrally located the Loop Theater and Financial District. Every room offers iconic city views including City Hall, the Thompson Center, the Board of Trade and the Cadillac Palace Theater. The ambiance evokes the comfort and sophistication of a 1930’s supper club, but the style is pure, modern elegance with rich walnut wood and dramatic chandeliers.

Le Colonial transports guests to another time and place, vividly recapturing the beauty, romance and spirit of 1920's French-Colonial Southeast Asia. Le Colonial invigorates the senses with exquisite décor and savory authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Le Colonial offers two unique dining options: The first floor dining room is adorned with louvered shutters, woven rattan chairs, potted palms, slow-moving ceiling fans and nostalgic black and white photos of turn-of-the century life in Saigon. The upstairs lounge includes a spacious, fully stocked mahogany bar, plush couches for enjoying light fare, dining tables and a veranda, for keeping warm in winter and cool in summer. Complete with unique, delicately prepared Vietnamese cuisine, Le Colonial is the perfect setting for an after-work social or a romantic evening for two.

"As a "local" Chicagoan, this place continues to stand out was one of my favorites. Great ambiance (ask for seating upstairs and if the weather's nice ask for a terrace seat), incredible French-Viatnamese food. The sea bass and red snapper are amazing."

Bow & Stern Oyster Bar presents the bustling West Town neighborhood with an unprecedented dining experience. The raw bar and seafood-centric restaurant promotes a fishing and farm-to-table kitchen, helmed by executive chef Brian Greene. Oysters are the star here year-round, with 6 to 12 varieties offered daily, as well as menu specialties ranging from tuna tartar, Cioppino, and crispy whole fish; to pork belly scallops, rock lobster & grilled wagyu sirloin and a Bow burger. The extensive bar at Bow & Stern showcases Midwestern brewers, straightforward wines (hand-selected to pair), and seasonal craft cocktails. With its warm wooded fixtures, exposed brick walls, and nautical blue & grey color scheme, the understated eatery radiates a laid-back, “boathouse” feel where great food and good times naturally flow together.

Quartino, an urban Italian restaurant and wine bar, is the creation of Hugo Ralli, Steve Lombardo (owners of Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House, LUXBAR) and Exec Chef / Partner John Coletta. Quartino combines the best of Italy’s osteria and enoteca to offer an authentic everyday Italian food and wine experience. “Where wine is cheaper than water” Throughout Europe, in bistro after osteria after enoteca, fresh local wines of high quality and unique characteristics are priced as a less expensive alternative to bottled water. Reservation requests for patio seating are not accepted. Patio seating is first come, first serve.

"A strange combination of Italian tapas doesnt mean two good cuisines can be combined into one. Place suits tourists more than locals - who know far better Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. Overly crowded and average at best food."

Big and Bustling, Shaw's Crab House stands as a monument to fish and seafood. Besides the usual popular dishes, Shaw's management team is passionate about presenting treats such as Pacific salmon, fresh king crab, and smelt during their short seasons. Reservations made through Open Table will be for Shaw's Main Dining Room. If you would like to dine in the Oyster Bar, all seating is on a first come first serve basis.

"Surprisingly not a busy dinner spot but more popular for drinks. Half empty for peak dinner on a usually busy Thursday night but as the night progressed the place got more crowded for drinks. Food was above average but nothing that his the "wow factor." Worth a trip but maybe more for post dinner drinks if you want the crowd."

"In a town where seafood restaurants are everywhere this place stands out. Great selection, will accommodate special requests and an all around delicious experience. Also, some of the best service anyone can ask for. Celestine was a rock star."
