"Food was amazing! Service was outstanding- night was perfect. Loved the SHrimp XO ! And the cocktails were great although- the Taotini- in Vegas is a different recipe- which I like much better. But Dragon cockatial was great as well! Had a nice time would return."

"It is unfortunate to write this- We dined at Lavo NYC we were Having an awesome time. While finishing up des/coffee, a man w/ear piece started circling our table like a shark- he took the white paper out from under us making it known the table was needed for next reservation! WE just spent $1000! We understand Lavo is a hospitality business. This treatment wasn't hospitable! The professional way to turn tables: graciously ask customer to relocate to bar w/ 1st rnd on house. Customer feels valued. I had to Complain, bring uneces. negativity & walked away from the table angry. This overshadowed the delicious food & great waitress. After complaining, mgr did apologize gave bus. card w/6 free drinks- a too little too late."
