PRESS is the perfect wine country dining experience. PRESS features prime dry-aged beef, whole roasted chicken, grass fed Sonoma lamb, and fresh fish prepared on a custom wood burning grill and rotisserie. The modern farmhouse style blends with the neighboring vineyards to create a truly modern steakhouse. An award winning largely Napa Valley wine list completes the PRESS experience.

"A good go to place when going to the Verizon Center and wanting solid Asian offerings. The duck roll was excellent. The tao chicken was a really large portion size with a tasty sauce and rice on the side. Service was good and the beer list was pretty extensive with some top quality offerings on the menu."

The restaurant features three distinct floors, with the first floor featuring a fun, cocktail-driven 20-seat bar. Three unusual “bump out” sections of the bar make it possible to seat a party of four, not side by side, but rather at a “conversation enabling” semi-circle. The bar area has additional table seating for 40 guests. The second-floor dining room features dramatic royal blue floor-to-ceiling curtains, exposed terra cotta blockwork, and tables of tiger-striped granite and reclaimed ancient Chinese elm. Taking advantage of its high roof line, Eventide also features a roof-level dining terrace, which boasts views of Georgetown and several monuments. The rooftops seating is on a "first come, first served" basis and only has table seating for 2-4 guests at each table. It is open each year from approximately May 1 to October 15, depending on the weather.

"Absolutely fabulous experience. I was looking for a nice date night place with my husband with the goal of having a $100+ bottle of wine and a classic beef entre. Amazed to see a Dominus on their menu for under $200, so I reserved a table for this exact bottle wine. The ambiance is classic eclectic. Nice and upscale, but you not need a coat & tie/dress, business casual works. The service was great with perfect amount of attention. The manager served our wine, filtered and decanted it. She outlined their wine philosophy of crafting a well-rounded wine list but pricing wines to sell, because they don't cellar them. Food was amazing: beets, duck, beef, bread, etc. Recommend the large-portion cheese tray to end the meal. Perfect night out"
