"Although the food was quite good, the fact that we had to wait 25 minutes for our table (despite a reservation) was unacceptable. When asked, the hostess kept telling us it would be "another 5 minutes" and that "we would be next". When other diners were seated ahead of us, we were then told that "being next" only means we are now placed in a new database to be seated (obviously they use a different definition of "being next" -- which was a deceitful promise by the hostess). We were told that the problem was that "tables were not leaving as quickly as expected", but they obviously book more tables than they can realistically accommodate. For this type of restaurant, the experience should be better. I have never had this occur at other similar places, such as Morton's or Flemings."
