Our Ambitious Turkish Cuisine offers best quality Turkish Food in Central Florida Area which includes more vegetarian and seafood options.

Basically, Our food is based on Ottoman, Central Asian, Balkan, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and European dining cultures and known as one of the largest cuisines in the World.

Turkish food became very popular during these days with the heart-healthy Mediterranean Diet. According to the Mayo Clinic, the benefits included a reduced risk of heart disease, a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease, and a reduced risk of cancer. It also has more powerful vision protectors than other grains and helps increase healthy bacteria in the digestive.

"We had some amazingly sauced food in our main choices with lamb shanks in a beautiful garlic, red pepper and onion sauce and lamb sauté which came with similar ingredients but much different spicing. These were absolutely flavorful and aromatic dishes unlike anything else we have had in Middle Eastern or Greek restaurants. We started the meal with the Turkish vegetable spread, which was outstanding with a little hot pepper undertone to the rich mix of minced vegetables. We had the straight-from-the-oven smaller lavas bread with the appetizer and had enough left to sop up the sauce from our mains. One tip we learned from other reviews: order the appetizers first and once you start on them, order your main courses, as pacing is a problem."
