Jsix is an American restaurant featuring small plates of fresh, local farm-to-table produce and sustainably raised meats. We feature community dining tables, a spacious bar and lounge in a comforting, neighborhood atmosphere. Our head bartender, Nate Howell, stocks the bar with quality-focused American spirits and mixes a mean drink.

In the picturesque rural village of Arroyo Seco a few miles north of Taos, Sabroso offers exquisite American and Global cuisine nightly for dinner. Dine fireside, on the patio, or in our intimate bar where live entertainment can be enjoyed on many nights. House specialties include freshly squeezed margaritas, oysters, wood-grilled steaks and fish, and many appetizers. We offer 20 different wines from around the world by the glass. Our award-winning wine list has over 120 wines from all major wine regions at prices ranging from $30 to over $300 with most in the $40 to $60 range. We offer more than 100 different liquor selections, twenty beers by the bottle, and two on tap. We have two menus: one for fine dining and another for informal bar dining. You may sit in the air-conditioned inside bar or dining room or select the outside covered portal, the patio bar, or the intimate plum grove. Sabroso is located on State Highway 150 4.7 miles north of US Highway 64.

**WE DO NOT RESERVE ALL OF OUR TABLES TO ALLOW FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CALL THE RESTAURANT TO FIND OUT OUR AVAILABILITY.**<br />At The Country Cat Dinner House & Bar, American craft cooking is truly at its prime. The cozy, soulful restaurant is nestled in southeast Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood. The seasonally focused menu represents the best local offerings from surrounding markets ranging from ranch-direct meats to produce freshly picked from neighboring farms. Adam and Jackie Sappington have blended their talents as Chef and Pastry Chef to create this family-driven and community focused eatery.

"This was our visit to the Cat and the next time we are Portland we will be going back some more, some more, some more, some more. The whole hog was great as was the fried chicken. The small plate beef jerky we took some home with us, and the biscuits melt in your mouth. So hit the road Jack and find your way to the Cat."
