"The last three times we dined at 121, we were very disappointed with the service. After the restaurant closed for renovation, we were surprised by the limited menu, the increase in price for most items on the menu and the new decor left us "cold". Service was still terrible. We won't be back."

X2O Xaviars on the Hudson is Peter X Kelly’s latest addition to the Xaviars Restaurant Group. It sits in the water on the only turn of the century Victorian pier still in use on the Hudson River. X2O’s Main Dining Salon's 25 foot vaulted ceiling and 3 walls of glass frame offers views of the George Washington and Tappan Zee Bridges, as well as sunsets over the Palisades. Guests encounter dishes incorporating classic French technique with Italian and Spanish influences, and Asian embellishments which create a wholly original cuisine unique to the Hudson Valley. The Dylan Lounge is a vibrant, up-tempo space with a sophisticated and playful bent that offers guests more dining options. Guests are invited to sample a variety of small plates and sushi, while dining at the Communal Table, sushi bar, or at traditional banquette and table seating.

SeaSalt is inspired by its location near the water and is dedicated to seafood and its accompaniments. Chef Fabrizio Aielli brings to his cuisine an infusion of the simplicity of Venetian home cooking, learned at his mother’s knee, along with the upscale and innovative techniques he has garnered during his years of practice in fine restaurants in Italy, the Caribbean and Washington, DC. He explores time-honored methods and melds them with the new, bringing a handcrafted and honest restoration of traditional dishes. As far as possible, ingredients are sourced from local producers and markets and the disherfolk. Chef Fabrizio Aielli is inspired by the mainstays of the seafood repertoire, using organic and local produce, wild caught seafood, poultry and meat raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products whenever possible, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Chef Jean‑Georges introduces his latest venture, a casually elegant restaurant ensconced in the picturesque town of Pound Ridge, New York. Here, Jean‑Georges cultivates a truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, with ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley and New England, whenever possible. Constructed in 1833 as a residence and serving later as an inn, the building has been painstakingly renovated to preserve as many of the original materials as possible, including four working fireplaces. Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the restaurant’s interior with a modern yet rustic sensibility; zinc and marble accent stone and reclaimed wood.
