Bistro Rollin is a warm, welcoming Contemporary American Bistro with a definite French accent! We serve exquisite food, prepared by Executive Chef Eric Mauro. Born in Brazil, trained at Three-Star Michelin in Spain and then 5 years at Bistro Rollin. Eric took over the kitchen in June 2014. One of the proprietors, Barbara or Arthur Bratone will greet you when you arrive, and see that your total dining experience is a pleasure. Their goal is exquisite food in a casual, comfortable setting. <br /><br />Open since June of 2009, Bistro Rollin has already garnered great reviews from the New York Times, Opentable, Westchester Magazine, and many others. Classic and Contemporary bistro food prepared with skill and passion along with exciting specials served by a skilled and enthusiastic staff with your dining enjoyment as their goal. <br />
